Couldnt find the hotel as it had no sign. In a horrible part of town. Very bad stay.

The room was too plain and pool area small I loved the chairs outside and the staff was very friendly. Buffet was also not great.

Little gem in the middle of a underdeveloped beach town. Staff inflexible, breakfast buffet at a decent charge quite good.

I’ve been a guest at this facility for two years. I love it. The rooms are clean & price is reasonable. This includes, sheets, towels, floors and the restaurant. Food is delicious. Parking is monitored and gated. The pool is clean and they play a variety of music for all audiences. Pool times are respected and you can expect quiet after 10pm. The a/c unit has always worked as well. The only detail is that the tv is not linked to cable nor has Netflix. Wifi works. You will see the same DVD video & the screen is malfunctioning recently. No biggie. The beach is with in driving distance & their is an excelled mom/pop dinning restaurant by name Plywood Palace within 250 feet from this hotel. Excellent food- will never disappoint. Overall super satisfied customer who will return. Hope this helps.

The first night we were asked to leave the pool area since it was ten and the music to be turned off. When we went near our room we were told it was not allowed that we would have to go else like across the street. The following night there was people blasting music until midnight outside. When they quiet down we thought it was the end of it to our surprise it continued above us. We had to go to the receptionist whom suggested he’d talk to them about and after a long while and about five more songs that played finally the music was turned off.

I liked the on premise buffet.Great hot shower with plenty of pressure. Onsite security with guarded parking.Friendly staff.

People and parties lasted until at least 3AM. No thoughts given to quiet hours. No hand towels given, no floor towels or bath mats given.

This property is located in the non-touristy village of Old Kino, with its own personality quite different from New Kino, which is full of weekend homes for tourists. The hotel has been recently upgraded. It's quiet, clean, and reasonably priced.

Nice, clean, cheap and comfortable for the most part. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only gripe were they were added more rooms during our stay and construction was loud during the day. I don't really blame them at all, I mean they are trying to add more to the property so good for them. Just be aware that it is happening for the next few weeks.

Esta muy padre todo en general esta. 8 min de kino nuevo me gusto unos tacos qe estan ala esquina de ahi , rente dos cuartos y uno de esos todo perfecto pero el otro cuando entre olia mucho a cigarro y estaba recién trapeado apezar de eso si me quedaría otra vez aqui muy seguro tnb !

A lot of noise in the morning since they are under contruction. Dirty pool! The days I was there didn't see no one cleaning it, a lot of dead bugs and just dirty very disapointing.

They offer Wifi but it doesn't work 8n the room only in hotel lobby.

Description is a lie. No restaurant. No cafe. No breakfast. Property under construction but not really a big issue. Hoped for a quiet getaway to the beach only to have to listen to extremely loud music all day, everyday. Hired a kayak which was sinking and seat broke. People drinking all the time, which is OK, but the noise... The damn noise... All. The. Time. Not for those who wish for a peaceful break. Good location, OK staff and OK rooms. WiFi poor. You pay for location otherwise overpriced

If you really need a place to stay and there is no other place, this will work. The Wi-Fi is very slow and the pool was very dirty and noisy

Needs to have cleaner and better sheets. Better towels will also help

Nicest motel in Bahia Kino and one of the few with pool. Very good seafood restaurant 1/2 a block walk.

The place was very nice clean comfortable bed convenient that it had a little restaurant location was good

The only downfall was the wall ac unit that does cool the room but when sleeping it hits you directly in the chest or back. Caught a chest cold due to cold then out in the muggy hot outside weather. Overall great place to stay in old town with secured parking gates they close at night.

I liked how they protect your vehicle but tne water 2as a problem. We cakept losing hot water. We coudlnt get sognal fpr wofo becaise we were to apart from modem i guess. The breakfast. They need to be more spexific on what they will be offering. Didnt like the breakfast portion either. It was okay though we had fun in kino but difficulties in the room

The best part of this hotel hands down is the common areas, really tastefully done and beautiful. Pool área, sitting area and outside TV area very comfortable , and my kids loved the swing set. Rooms were fine, kind of hard to get water temperature just right in shower but not a big deal. We always travel with washcloths in Mexico , this is one of the hotels that doesn’t have them. Well definitely return !

The hotel is located in Old Kino and its around a 3 minute drive from the beach. The hotel was clean and staff was courteous, the room and facilities were clean at all times. There is a continental breakfast that is advertised which we did not get to see, but the complementary breakfast was much better than any continental breakfast at any hotel we've stayed.
