Room was clean and the staff was friendly! Easy route to Mall of America and Hwys. Would stay again.

The hotel was very nice for the price. Close to the mall. The Shuttle service was very convenient although the drivers are a little aggressive and not welcoming. If you are a person of any color there was a lot of racial undertones throughout this visit so be aware if you are traveling with children. Over all this hotel itself is nice however the racial undertones left a sour taste for me and my guest. Wouldn't visit again.

I tried to get the TV to work. There are no instructions in the room, like on a plastic stand or laminated card. The TV had an error message saying it was in a different room and the guest had checked out. So, the night desk clerk told me to unplug the TV and plug it back in. I did that and it came up with a screen that wanted me to enter a code or use their app, if I joined their loyalty program, World of Hyatt. Why would a company manipulate me into joining their loyalty program in order to use part of the room, a product I already paid for? I pressed the guide button or channel rocker switch on the remote and just got error messages. I finally found the button to cast through Chromecast from my own apps, thus moving the cost of TV to the guest's shoulders. It used to be the hotel's responsibility to provide TV channels, most of them included with your room price. The TV also reverted back to stating it had a guest who checked out. The night desk clerk said she called the manager about the TV and they both came to the conclusion that the TV should just work. They have a room key drop box and invite feedback, but there is no pen and paper next to it, so they want feedback, they just want to make it more difficult to share it than just writing a note and slipping it into the box. Overpriced! The staff was poorly trained and not very polite. The room was clean and in good condition. However the furnishings were modern and not comfortable. Why would a room with two queen beds only have one chair for one person to sit down. They chose form over comfort. Go elsewhere for a better value. Same quality room and nicer staff for a much better price. For the price, things should have been impeccable. They weren’t.

The stay was very nice. Ate at restaurant and service was good and portions good size. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

Front desk staff was terrible and rude. We had just gotten married and they didnt have the room that i booked available. Keep in mind i booked the room 6+ months in advance. Front desk lady/man said we can get a different room that was less expensive or we couldnt stay there. It was midnight at this point and we were exhausted.

Everything was okay, the bathroom had a towel which had been used by the previous guests hanging on the rail. Executive lounge not open even though charging extra for this room.

Room was to warm. Never cooled down.

Staff was exceptional. Pillows were AWFUL and sheets were rough. Sink didnt drain properly. Would stay there again

The room was very spacious

The property was newer and presented nicely. They don't do daily room cleanings but still helped with upkeep. I liked the regular shuttle included for transfers to both the mall and to the airport. But the public metro train was also right next to the property for easy transit to the city

everything is perfect, but the cleaning staff will knock on your door a few times even though it's not check out time yet, so annoying
