Very clean and comfortable. Nice hot breakfast and friendly staff. We stayed one night for an event. I highly recommend this hotel. The area is nice and there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The staff at the front desk are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean every time we have stayed there. The water pressure and hot water in the shower is perfect. I love the pillows and the bed. This hotel is amazing!!! The free breakfast has many options and changes slightly each day.

Nice sized rooms with comfy beds. Friendly staff. Simple, but nice hot breakfast. A/C units in the room are quite loud. Would have given 4 stars, but on the last night there were "lightly chaperoned" teens in the hotel banging on all doors in our hall at 2 AM which was not only a bit jarring, but resulted in a terrible night sleep before an important day of events and travel.

Bed was comfortable. Easy to control thermostat. Refrigerator was great. Couch comfy Shower was fantastic. Quiet in the room. Convenient shops and restaurants across a barely used street. The staff was beyond kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the hotel and the area but they had tornado that area and there was no hot water and electricity was limited no breakfast ,we could not cancel because of the policy
But over all stay was good the staff r great but it would of be nice if we got at least some coffee ,they said go go to Starbucks ,we can not stand Starbucks coffee anyway we will stay there again .

I went to check in after 11:00pm on Thursday. They informed me that they lost power due to storm since Tuesday and they can either cancel and refund me or check me in for a room with a limited power and service (2 lightings and 1 outlet working, no breakfast service that was included originally), but for a full price (I prepaid). I understand the situation but they should have informed me at least in the morning before I show up or reduce the price. Also I did not like the sliding glass bathroom door.

Unattached parking garage does not make it easy to get to your room because they make hotel guests park on the upper levels. Room door did not automatically latch when closing it. You had to force it closed. Bathroom door was a sliding barn door that was so unaligned that you had a half inch gap and could not lock. Toilet flapper would not close when flushed so you had to jiggle the handle. Very loud air conditioner and no microwave. In my opinion this is not up to Hyatt standards.
