I have always been impressed with this hotel. It never lets me down. Staff is always friendly and very helpful and it meets all the requirements that I need.

Nice hotel, but I wish they would get rid of those SHOWER CURTAINS & use some other type of shower enclosure. Even with the door shut they attack you! I also wish they would enstall a room safe! Otherwise they are good!!

We had fun! The hotel is right at the beach. Tiki bar, pool, playground kept us busy!

Absolutely perfect oceanfront view and stay! The hotel staff was lovely and helpful from start to finish. We want to return when the new restaurant is open but pool bar was awesome! Bed was comfy and room was large. Beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect. Did I mention that killer view??

The stay was good. Apparent remodel from the old owners. The staff were friendly and helped with anything you need.

We booked a room overnight because it was oceanfront and the balcony view overlooking the ocean did not disappoint. However, the sliding door was extremely difficult to open and close. The bed was comfortable and the room size was good. The bathroom was divided into two sections by an door and the toilet/shower side was very tight. There was no soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. We expected some kind of complimentary breakfast but there was none. We didn’t get to spend time at the beach or pool because of our late arrival, but from what we could see, it was very nice. The hotel provides chairs, umbrellas, pool, Tiji Bar, and children’s playground for guests.

An affordable stay at the end of summer. We enjoyed the pool , the jacuzzi and the pool side bar. The chairs and umbrellas on the beach are a definite plus. Everyone was very friendly.

Great locale.

Unfortunately our room was above the tiki bar and it was extremely loud and the loudness went on entirely too late. I wish we had been placed in a room away from the tiki bar area. I didn't mind people having a good time, but it got out of hand both Fri and Sat night.

Has everything you need for a good time at the beach! Will stay here again!

Overal things were great. The location, the tiki bar beach, the provide beach chairs, the pool, front desk service, all were great. Restaurant under construction so no food or room service. Theyre working on it and it looks pretty good just not open. And the room was ok, bed fine bathroom semi renovated but dirty looking. Ac worked great. Balcony w ocean view, nice.

The restaurant in the lobby was under construction so there weren’t any food options. Our room was decent. The bathroom was so tiny I could barely fit in it to shower… that was unfortunate. The room had an extremely bad mold smell in it. Every time we would open the door to our room we were greeted with a damp, moldy odor. There was a nice view! Pool had huge spiders in it and my husband had to clean them out as the kids were too scared to swim with them in it.

The hotel was going through major renovations, which I knew so all was good. Loved the ability to have beach chairs and umbrellas set up, along with towels(inlcuded with the resort fee.) Austin at the Tiki Bar was crazy fun!!!! Being charged $25 to check in early is NOT COOL at all!! It was super quiet at the hotel and very low occupancy, the room was ready yet they still charged me $25 to check in early:( That felt very "nickel and dime". Otherwise, LOVED IT!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Crystal Coast Oceanfront girl. Direct access to the beach, I love that they have beach chairs & umbrellas for their guests. The sitting area outside is very nice & the tiki bar gives a little something special to the vibe. Nice friendly staff & clean rooms. Would stay here soon.

The property was run down and desperately in need of a remodel and repair. Do not trust the pictures online they are definitely touched up and not accurate of the multiple rooms our party occupied. The ceiling in the shower had mold on it as well as the wall between the bed and window in plain view. The general feel of the room seemed to be just paint over all the problem areas and pretend they don’t exist. The worst part was the horrendously old mattress that had craters on each side from people sleeping. This was on top of an already very firm mattress for our liking which made sleeping at night very hard and we got very poor sleep. The only nice thing about this place is the beach access and the pool and sandy sitting area. It was quite nice to sit out there and enjoy the weather. If this place could renovate and clean up the view and setting would be worth it to stay here. But until that happens this is essentially a cheap motel with a view.

I love everything except the compacted sized bathroom. It was like the toilet was in the shower with you which is my only complaint. Everything else was wonderful!
