Great cost to benefit proposition. My stay got off to a bad start with a pet policy different than what my reservation stated (and a hotel response that didn’t seem to care about a discrepancy that doubled things and threw in an extra deposit.) I probably won’t ever return because of that discrepancy as well as feeling the room was a little dated with its furniture/aesthetic. Overall it’s a good spot but fell short of my expectations. Thought as the highest rated spot on my cross country trip it’d be the best. It wasn’t.

We checked in, got to our room and turned on the ice maker in the fridge so that we'd have ice when we got back from shopping and dinner. When we got back around 8pm we noticed that the ice maker was not working and the TV was not working either. We called the front desk and the girl said that she was sorry but the manager has gone home and that there wouldn't be another one till around 10:30 pm. I asked if there was any way that she could get us some ice and she said no. We called again at 10:45 and were told that he wouldn't be in till 11pm and that they would get back to us. We feel asleep, no one ever tried to contact us. I called the front desk again at 10:30am and was told that the manager has gone home and that there would've be another one till about 11:00-11:30am. I told them that we had to go out and wouldn't be back till later that night because we had some sight seeing to do and then a Creed concert that night. When we got back to the room that night, still no ice and no tv. I called the front desk and you guessed it, incredibly no manager on duty. I can't believe that there is not a managers there continuously. I'm extremely unhappy with the customer service.

Wonderful stay! From Interstate 15 is was difficult to access but once there the hotel did not disappoint. Beds were comfortable, the room was clean. Provided safety by locking doors after 11pm and only access inside is with key. I will be staying with My Place again!

They requested I give them $100 deposit on my credit card and then when I left it took a number of phone calls to get that back and if I'm not mistaken approximately 7 or 10 days which is just b******* because if I would have forgotten they would have kept the money

Room smelled like a cross between stinky feet and marijuana. Beds were comfortable enough. AC was super loud and ran all night long. It would turn off for a second and then turn right back on. It was in a perfect location to get to our concert and back easily. Front desk guy wasn’t friendly - not sure he spoke good enough English.

The beds say Queen but they are fulls. Our air conditioner was so loud it sounded like it was going to blow up so we couldn’t sleep. The hotel also charges a $100 resort deposit but it wasn’t advertised anyway. We got told at check in only.

First, there was no hand soap or lotion in the bathroom. No tv remote, when we called down to the front desk and let it ring for 4 minutes we went fan to the lobby and got a remote handed to us. Ya, it didn’t work so there was no tv. Finally the pillows were the worst, typically don’t expect much for a hotel but we may as well have wadded up our sheets for a pillow. 😔

It was so clean it was as if we were the first ones to stay there

The place was nice however, I was locked out of my room for 2 hours due to a lock being broken, with continued problems even after they fixed it.

We really liked this hotel. The kitchenette had a full-size refrigerator, which was very handy for us. The room was very comfortable. And it was quiet!

I didn’t have big expectations, overall is good

Clean, friendly, decent free coffee. They also freshened up the room between my two nights, which hotels rarely do now.

Upon arrival my husband said the front desk lady didn’t help him. The room was HOT and stuffy. The pictures are not what the rooms appear to be. Try better.

I did not like the required $100.00 deposit. I paid in advance, and you had my money since May 2024. I was told it was for any damage to my room. That doesn't make a bit of sense because no one even checked my room before I checked out and I had a refund posted to my account. Also, if there did happen to be damaged, which is not the case, you had my credit card number readily available to you. The person who checked me in was rather brusque and argumentative. Not appreciated at all. When returning to the room on the 2nd night neither key would unlock the door. Had to make a trip down to the desk to get this problem corrected. The 3rd night 2 phone calls were received in the room at 4:11 a.m. I had to leave the phone off the hook to prevent further calls. The person who checked me out said all calls to rooms come through the front desk as do transfer calls. So, what was going on? I have been traveling for 21 days and have stayed in at least 14 motels, including another MY PLACE Hotel and none of them required a deposit one. It was also hard to access the parking lot.

The property was clean, but a bit worn in places. The hallway carpet needs replaced. The parking lot is very small and hard to get to. I wouldn't recommend if you are pulling a trailer. There is a high voltage power line running parallel to the property. I'm sure I received a high dose of electromagnetic energy. There are many cars, broken down and otherwise parked on the streets behind the property. Not sure what is going on there.
