Everything was amazing and Ismael was very friendly and helpful

This was my third time as a guest at this location. Rooms are always clean and in good condition. Price is very reasonable.

The last guest’s hairs were on the floor in the bathroom, the blanket was stained and had holes. The room smelled musty, and the location felt unsafe. Will not be going back.

Rooms are a little small and wish there was enough room for a couch. Other than that everything else is fine

Quick walking to the event center and easy access to nearby restaurants. There were minor things that needed fixed but did not hinder the experience.

My experience at my place hotels was welcoming and comfortable. I very much enjoyed the privacy and the customer service was excellent. I will most definitely recommend staying here at the location on Decker Lake to friends and family and will be coming back soon!!

Great cost to benefit proposition. My stay got off to a bad start with a pet policy different than what my reservation stated (and a hotel response that didn’t seem to care about a discrepancy that doubled things and threw in an extra deposit.) I probably won’t ever return because of that discrepancy as well as feeling the room was a little dated with its furniture/aesthetic. Overall it’s a good spot but fell short of my expectations. Thought as the highest rated spot on my cross country trip it’d be the best. It wasn’t.

No hot breakfast...no ice machine...took too long for service at front desk

We checked in, got to our room and turned on the ice maker in the fridge so that we'd have ice when we got back from shopping and dinner. When we got back around 8pm we noticed that the ice maker was not working and the TV was not working either. We called the front desk and the girl said that she was sorry but the manager has gone home and that there wouldn't be another one till around 10:30 pm. I asked if there was any way that she could get us some ice and she said no. We called again at 10:45 and were told that he wouldn't be in till 11pm and that they would get back to us. We feel asleep, no one ever tried to contact us. I called the front desk again at 10:30am and was told that the manager has gone home and that there would've be another one till about 11:00-11:30am. I told them that we had to go out and wouldn't be back till later that night because we had some sight seeing to do and then a Creed concert that night. When we got back to the room that night, still no ice and no tv. I called the front desk and you guessed it, incredibly no manager on duty. I can't believe that there is not a managers there continuously. I'm extremely unhappy with the customer service.

I’ve stayed at this property before and love it! Not so much this time. AC made a terrible noise, check in staff was rude, dog poop in grass and sidewalks, and noise neighbors!

My overall experience was good , staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean , the house keeping personnel A plus.

Wonderful stay! From Interstate 15 is was difficult to access but once there the hotel did not disappoint. Beds were comfortable, the room was clean. Provided safety by locking doors after 11pm and only access inside is with key. I will be staying with My Place again!

Our check in was awful! The gal could not get the credit card machine to work. It caused me to pay via Expedia...saved money..yay! Still miraculously, the credit card machine worked when it came time to take a deposit and pay the pet fee. We were hungry, tired and had dogs that needed to eat and get insulin. Not a great first impression.

They nickel and dime you on everything they charge for breakfast but don’t tell you till it’s to late for refund and they charge a deposit of 100 bucks u don’t get back for 7 days keep on driving it sucked

I had to go to the front desk twice because the cards wouldn’t work to get into our room, which was annoying because we had a lot of our stuff with us. Our room was never cleaned the whole 3 days we were there. We didn’t have very much toilet paper so I went and bought some at the store. Very disappointed with this hotel

Staff was unprepared and I waited 15 min to check in even after calling for service

They requested I give them $100 deposit on my credit card and then when I left it took a number of phone calls to get that back and if I'm not mistaken approximately 7 or 10 days which is just b******* because if I would have forgotten they would have kept the money

I don’t like the service in that moment they were a mistake on taking rooms and mistake, opening keys and only one channel on the TV. We can’t see TV channels.
