Great room and was clean, close to public transportation, and staff was friendly. Highly recommend if you’re going to Disneyland

I usually stay here with no issues until this one occasion. I had paid for in advance and booked a 2 night stay. First night was all good but when I returned to my room on the second night, I couldn’t enter the room. The guy on reception said their system says I only have one night booked and I have to pay for a second night to enter my room. I had to speak to the manager, send him screenshots (which meant I had to give him my number which made me so uncomfortable), he didn’t care about how anxious I was feeling and showed no empathy. Eventually they gave me access to the room and said I had to speak to the manager in the morning and possibly pay. Of course I just left that morning out of pure stress and will be reporting this incident to both my bank and the police if I notice payment has been taken. I had messages from people saying they experienced similar scenarios and to avoid this hotel at all costs!

Hotel is clean and location is very accessible to train station and food places. Service is lacking though. Rooms a bit small for 4ppl and washroom is way too small. No cabinets/drawers

Stayed at this hotel a number of times. Always a pleasant experience. Immediately next door to the RER A Station so convenient, only small downside is railway noise. Our room was incredibly warm the first night, but we spoke to the front desk to request the A/C be switched on, they advised it was centrally managed but they would contact head office and request. The next night the A/C was on and the room was far more comfortable and we slept great. Appreciate the assistance from the staff. Thanks!

Very good for Disney

Usually I love staying here but this time I had a slight issue. I arrived early so asked for an early check in if possible but if not I can come back later. I was told the usual check in time is from 3pm but they found me a room to check into. I had already paid online which they knew, but then they asked me for a credit card. She then took the card and the check in process was all smooth. It wasn’t until later in the day I realised they had taken €58 from my card and wasn’t told why. If this was an early check in fee I wasn’t made aware of it and would not have chosen to do this as it then left me short on spending money. The money wasn’t returned to my card either. The stay itself was fine, I’m just slightly annoyed that I wasn’t told money would be taken from my card.

Booked this for a late night arrival. Room basic but comfortable. Slept well. Powerful shower. Breakfast much better than anticipated. Staff friendly.

Had a really lovely stay. Arrived quite late for check in but it didn’t matter. Staff were friendly and helpful. No issues throughout my stay. I love staying here. Basic but good value for money. I will be back :)

I think the rooms are very tight. It’s just a place to go and put your head after a long day. It doesn’t have the relaxing feel. Very limited facilities

Great location for RER to Paris. Great breakfast. Close to restaurants and stores. Parking was difficult, noisily delivery at 3.45 am . Basic but good.

We liked how close the train station was and the shops fro convenience. The room was small and didnt have a lot of facilities luke a kettle, but there was a coffee machine in reception and the room was clean.

A decent budget hotel. Super close to the station and a short 5-10 minute walk to 2 different shopping centres (inc a big carrefour). Would stay again!

Great location for a trip to Disney land

About 20 mins from Disney by Rer a which is literally a min away. Great to walk during day up the slope to side of hotel. But a little dark at night. I liked the sound of the metro. But others might not and goes on until about 12.30 à and starts again about 5.30 am. The room was small, bed ok. But really hot and the air climate didn’t work. Couldn’t open a window as on ground floor. Tiny bathroom and the showers definitely need changing. The water went everywhere because of design. Cheap if doing Disney on a budget and we literally just slept there but next time will prefer to stay in Val d Europe as nearer

Staff are nice tnx to that. Room was small but not a problem because its very clean and they clean it daily for 3 nights of our stay. I chose the location as its only 1 min walk from train station, as most time we will be in disneyland with my 2 gurls age 14 and 5. Bed is comfy just need to add extra pillow if possible. Bathroom is clean its just no proper shower enclosure so hard to shower :) No water boiler in the room but you can always ask the reception. Bring your own toiletries It was a pleasant stay. area is safe. Im a mom with children traveler

Perfect condition

I enjoyed my stay. I was there in early February 2023. I spent three days visiting Disneyland Paris. The hotel was clean the staff was helpful and the location is right next to the (RER) that takes you to Disneyland. The only complaint would be the design of the showers that don’t have much of a barrier to prevent the water from going out. Mark Anthony

A nice place to stay on a budget obviously it’s pretty barebones but very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast isn’t half bad either. Great stay if you’re going to Disney on the RER.

Clean rooms. Very convenient to bus,train and shopping mall. Very close to Disney Paris.Would recommend this property. Great value.

Comparing

stayed here 2 nights to go to Disney land it’s 2 stops away taking metro and 4 mins walk from hotel to metro station. You only get 1 towel per guest the shower kept changing temperatures and burned my wife . The room was pretty big and if u arrive late at the hotel u can still enter . It’s really noisy at night from other guest . U don’t get soap bottles only one big squeeze bottle in the shower . The ac didn’t work proper . But u get what u paid for . And it’s ok for that price and 2 nights stay .

Perfect for disneyland. Next to the rer (15min from disney), close to shopping area if you need something. Small, but clean room.The bathroom was a little wierd with the shower, but not bad. Could be better if hair dryair is in the room, but if you ask for one, they give you, so it's not a problem. It was our second stay here, and i think if we go to Disney again, we come back

Great place for a place to crash. Stayed there 2 nights while visiting Disneyland Paris. Perfect for that as hotel is 2 minute walk from Torcy train station, which is 3 stops away from Mickey Mouse!

excellent hotel very helpful staff , close to amenities , staff went above and beyond to help us get into Paris during the strikes would definately stay again and strongly reccomend
