Room 706, there was a constant noise of water running through a pipe the whole night. There was also a noise like constructions all night every 2-3 minutes. The above deteriorated my sleep.

Property was in great shape. I didn't receive the free bottle of wine. And the "free" parking was indeed free but very inconvenient finding it in the evening when it was dark. It was not at the hotel but about 3 blocks away.

We had a very comfortable stay.
Staff were lovely and the lady who made our room everyday was friendly and helpful.
Clean, spacious rooms.
We caught an uber to the local metro station into Athens when needed, it was like 5 euros.
Good amount of restaurants to choose from.
Breakfast was good, service was no issues.
They gave us a bottle of wine as welcome gift as part of our booking. I had forgotten this so was a great end to a late night flight and check in.

This is our second stay here and we love it!
It was so great to not be in the centre of Athens, when temperatures were 40+ degrees and to have that lovely pool area. Also, a great stroll into Kifisia are for dinner.
Only thing i would fault is our room overlooked the street, yet there is no fine curtain in the rooms for privacy.
Other than that, would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is a bit dated, beds not very comfortable, no coffee in the room. Nice big pool. A plus in Residence wing is that the rooms are quite big. But avoid the ground floor, not nice, we changed to 1st floor which was ok.

Overall ok though it needs more maintenance. Location is great as it’s in walking distance from the centre of Kifisia but unfortunately wifi was so bad that I couldn’t do my zoom calls. So I am not recommending it for work, maybe for leisure is a better option.

Efficient staff on the front desk; very happy, pleasant and helpful porter; very large, comfortable room; some marks/stains on the furniture; the bedspread has seen better days; the bath was large and clean; good selection of toiletries; breakfast could be improved a little; service at breakfast wasn't very attentive

Great hotel , very clean, in smart area. Easy access from airport. Just take the train to kifissias station for €10 then about a €6 taxi. For trips into city kifissias metro station only 15 mins walk away.

Great place to a holiday in Greece: close to airport and main roads to the north. (although people who want to explore the highlights of Athens may find this too far away from the city).. Decent room. Kifisiá is a nice area offering some good options for dinner/drinks (check Foursquare) All in all good value.

New hotel, still smelled fresh paint actually. Stayed only for one night so maybe didnt give it enough time for a thorough review. While the area is great, the hotel is not a five star establishment, they are probably getting the rating through their other attached hotel. This place seems more of a we have this space in the back, why dont we put some rooms together?. Poorly furnished interior of the rooms, you have to carry your suitcases up a staircase of the main hotel and then all the way to the back where this hotel is. Free breakfast was good and the pool area seemed nice, although we didnt use it.
