The location is great. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was really hot. Not able to control temperature at all. The spa area of the building was closed until further notice.

Heater wouldn’t turn off and made it hard to sleep because so hot.
Neighbors were so loud and disruptive it took away from experience

Great ski-in/ski-out location. Steps to the lift. Really good bar/restaurant in the building along with a convenience shop. Our condo had a brand-new kitchen and bath and comfortable bed. Parking is in a lot about a block or so away but that is typical for Taos.

Proximity to the base lift cant be beat. From your ski locker its just steps to the snow. Full Kitchen made lunches & hydration easy and the small on site store & bar/ restauran were both super convenient.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The beds were terrible either too soft or very used, uncomfortable. The best thing about this property is the location.

This place its like taken out of a book or a movie. Those stories about Europe and Christmas we grew up with. The neighborhood is amazingly beautiful.

Room was nice and was well worth what I paid for it. the only issue is that the rooms are warmed with water flowing in pipes in the ground. So I'm sure in the winter time its nice and warm, however in the spring or summer these room will not cool down at all. With the fan and all the windows open, it was still to hot in the room. Also the sauna was not open.

Everything was nice but there is no adjusting the heat because it is on a boil system. Had to open the balcony door the heat was so bad.

The guy at the desk -MITCH-was amazing, we had a late arrival and he was still there to help us check in. He even offered to open the store to get milk for my son. :)

The staff was lovely and very busy trying to accommodate all the arrivals on a holiday weekend. They needed help during the rush at check-in. We loved the facility and the promise of snow. We're interested in returning. Thanks for a nice evening.

We spent the night and part of the day on either side of our night. The ski area reminded me of Vail in its early years. Was a please t retreat.

We wanted a nice night stay before a big hike on the mountain. The condo unit was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and we had a wonderful night sleep. Ammenities were great. The hike went well!!!

The room was nice. But was 78 degrees inside during the stay. Outside temperature was ~60 so we opened up the windows but still could not get the rooms to cool down. We were lucky that we were in the room very little. Something definitely wrong with temp controls.

No staff on duty….you had to call to get the front desk. Parking about 1/4 mile away. No a/c….room hot. Cable RV in front room did not work.

This condo was not very clean and really outdated. Beds were uncomfortable and we had back aches in the morning. I am not sure if the sheets had been changed because i found hairs on the bed linens. No air-conditioning but we opened windows and it was doable. Sofa hide-a-bed was not clean at all. There was no parking by the condos and that was very inconvenient. The lady i talked with was helpful but overall we give it a big thumbs down!

The condo was in excellent condition and very, very clean. We arrived very late at night and Ashley came from her home to meet and welcome us. This was truly the most enjoyable stay away from home that we have ever had. The kids loved it!
