Clean cheap with parking. No ice? No ventilation, AC or heating. Lucky the window opens but no screen so flies

No A/C, parking is limited and packed. People started just parking wherever in the lot because there was no more room. Paid for breakfast but in the morning the person forgot to write it down so it took awhile for them to figure out that we paid. To far out from everything had to drive to get to everything.

No fan and very noisy

Very clean and well maintained. Rooms well fitted out. Car parking secure. Breakfast basic but sufficient. Only issue was the lack of bars, eating within walking distance, although nearest McDonalds was only a 5 minute drive away. Would use again.

We booked because of the free parking and it was full. They don’t have enough space so I don’t recommend. The hotel is really basic!! Automated check-in. No hairdryer available

Ok for one night. Easy to acess. Safe parking. Room with no A/C, need window open - and get very load traffic sound!. Hard to get a good sleep! No soap in the bathroom.

Hotel was great value for money. Only downside was when we called up they were absolutely useless and kept putting me on hold for an hour! I called back 6 times because they hang up on me! Hotel is clean and close to ferry though!

The property was clean and well lit and a very good price. It was like a high scale hostle more than a hotel. But it was within walking distance to the soccer stadium and for that reason and the very low price I’d definitely consider staying there again. There was AC advertised but guests could not control the thermostat. It was too loud and buggy to leave the window open so instead we slept in muggy hot air with no sheets. The AC was auto regulated throughout the hotel and not on despite the heat. The front desk shuts down & vacates at 9pm so there is no help for anything until morning. No soap or shampoo in our room but our second room had body gel in a dispenser on the wall. Nothing to speak of in terms of restaurants or stores nearby.

Perfect for a frills-free, cheaper stay. Was very clean and the staff were kind. I doent ond night there after a late World Cup game. Walking distance to Stade Ocean.

The hotel was great for an overnight stay if attending a soccer game at Stade Oceane. Not in walking distance of city center in industrial part of of Le Harve. The room was clean and pretty spacious for a European hotel room, if not austere. Good wifi and tv, no shampoo or soaps so be sure to pack. No restaurants in walking distance but UBEREATS delivers. Free outside parking available.

everythink ok ,untill one of the kids closed the door by mistake and locked the door with key still inside,with no one on reception couldnt get a spare key, there is a check in machine to get one but after trying for an 1hr but still no luck, 6 people had to share 1 room, untill 7am when an actual person came to the reception and we got the key, not ideal just incase there is an actual emergency ,who to contact ,

Location was excellent for the Stade Océane. Hotel was basic, but good value for what I paid.

Hotel telephoned me at 8.30 am as myself and party were about to board our plane to Le Havre to say our rooms (5 in total) were no longer available. Staff Very rude and just kept repeating “not possible” every time I requested an explanation why. Expedia came to the rescue however and found us alternative accommodation to which I’ll be forever grateful. Would never use premier class. DISGRACEFUL

Stopped twice before and after taking ferry. Good location for ferry. Breakfast fine. Room v good. Service excellent. Would stay again and recommend.

Nice hotel close to cruise terminal, only thing that we can not check in by machine because I came late after 9 but we are lucky to have some one inside to open the door for us and the staff just about to leave , so the lady help us to check in quick , my comment is better hotel have one receptionist after 9 pm
