Great room!

Things are a bit worn and battered at the High Country Suites. However, our room was spacious, clean and fairly comfortable; it also included an efficiency kitchen, stove and all which we didn't use. It all depends on the room rate. Get a good rate and you'll be content

This was a great place to stay on our way to Tetons. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Coffee not so great, which seems to be the norm. We would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. We missed breakfast by 15 minutes and they opened the room for us so we could grab a quick to go. Rooms were clean, bed was decent. Nice amenities. Fire alarm a bit sensitive and went off after showering

Upon arrival the lady behind the desk was very kind. We also met the new hotel manager. They were both very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast sufficient. Great for lengthy stays as the room had a full size refrigerator, oven and microwave. Would definitely stay here again.

Tv didn’t not work. Sheets didn’t seemed to be changed.

Nice enough place, very nice friendly staff. The real only issue was the bathroom door kept trying to close automatically and rubbed on the floor. Very easy fix.

The reason we chose this hotel was because the website indicated they had free breakfast. The breakfast was very limited with muffins and packaged frozen burritos to microwave. That was very disappointing as we were expecting more breakfast options. Our key to the room did not work after we lugged a two year old and our bags up and down the halls so we had to go back down. We were on the 2nd floor down the hall around a corner and at the end of that hall. Room 203. We were tired from traveling and very short of breath from breathing the smoke from fires in Montana. The room was very nice and super clean with a good view. We feel the kitchen could’ve been stocked a little better. There was only one coffee cup. My daughter had lost her voice due to inhaling so much smoke from the fires. We thought gargling warm salt water might help. There was no salt in the kitchen. We went to the “mini store” on the first floor which was also a disappointment because all that was in there was a coffee machine, computer, and a printer. We were hoping to buy some snacks and find some salt. The gal at the front desk was so nice the whole time. Ran our door cards through again and they then worked. She rounded up a salt shaker and I put some in a cup. There wasn’t anywhere to get drinking water and the ice machine and/or something in that laundry room smelled very moldy. The kitchen sink and the shower drains were clogged and very slow to drain. But the hotel and the room were very clean.

Great hotel we stayed at for one night on a roadtrip to Yellowstone. Had a full kitchen in it and a couch. Nice setup!! The weather was great and a lot of rooms had their windows open. The large hotel windows would slide open, which was nice for some fresh air!! Had everything you needed to cook. We didn't cook, but you could smell breakfast cooking in some of the other rooms, when out in the hallway. We also did laundry here, which was convenient and has nice laundry facilities, almost like a real Laundromat! Receptionist was very friendly when we got there late. Very nice lady! Would recommend this hotel!

I enjoyed that it was well equiped and had a fitness center . The room were roomey and the staff was very helpful!
