Very nice property, has full kitchen which is very convenient for family trip.

The condo itself was gorgeous! High end appliances, roomy, great cozy bed! We definitely will go back. Many of the sores and restaurants below in the village were closed in the summer or at least Tuesday and Wednesday. The pool is also a bit of a walk through the village to get to, but the ski lift was right there in the winter. There was no clear directions where to check in and no lobby area clearly marked. That was a challenge, but Terri was helpful when we finally found her. Again… gorgeous condo though!

The place was equipped with high end appliances and it was very clean. The rooms were spacious with nice beddings and the living area had 2 sofa beds. The guest bathroom shower was not working (realized late at night so told the staff upon check out)

Amazing apartments!

Loved our 2 nights here and really wish it could have been more like 5 nights!!!! Perfect location, level of activity, and proximity to quick drive destinations. Beautiful set up for our family of 4 with special needs to be able to accommodate and spread out. So relaxing!

This was our second time staying at Northstar. We love all the amenities. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. We can’t wait to go back for an entire week.

We experienced terrible customer service at the main guest check in. They gave us a room key for an occupied guest room which was very awkward when we entered the room and other guests were already there. This was on top of other poor customer service from front desk staff. We requested a call twice from the manager which never happened. The accommodation was beautiful just a shame it was let down by the front desk team.

It seems like we visited before season opened so everything was closed but over all everything seemed great.

No wifi login info anywhere in unit altho information sheet stated it was posted. Front desk phone # on info sheet incorrect. Had to walk in the dark n far to reception building for info

The Supervisor checking is in was not friendly, nor was she informative. Additionally, every question was interrupted with a rude no before even hearing the full question. The check-out crew was able to validate who checked us in, but I have misplaced the name. Horrible start to the stay, luckily it went uphill from there.

We absolutely love this place, but we’re disappointed with our check in. We arrived early (before 4:00) They told us our room was not ready. We completely understand and asked that if the room gets done early, to give us a call. Well, 4:00 comes around and we go in to check in. They proceed to tell us that the room was still not ready. We expressed our frustration and they explained that a 4:00 check in is not always garaunteed. That’s not something anyone wants to hear especially if your paying for the time your staying in your room. After a couple of calls, everything was resolved.

We visited Tahoe often while kids were growing up. Incline and neighboring areas were our places. This trip was a refresher after 2 decades. This was off season visit so everywhere was quiet. The OVP we booked for 2 nights was perfect location for us. The unit was well kept and very comfortable.

Beautiful place very quiet since we went during off season. Most shops were closed but that was okay. Close to both Truckee and Kings Beach.

Villas are beautiful. Well appointed, high end furnishings. Close to everything.

Stayed for a night and it was great except that the gondola and the other stores are close. Clean and great service.

This property far exceeded what I thought I had booked. I’m sad it was only for one night!

The location was awesome. Condo spacious and kitchen had cooking utensils. Given the type of building it is not very quiet. You hear the plumbing in the walls when other people wake early. The elevator is old and did break down on our day of check out so we had to take the stairs. The sheets are quite uncomfortable for a highly rated facility. If anything, they need to get better quality sheets. It’s a lovely condo but crawling into a bed with scratchy sheets at the end of the day is a disappointment for the price you pay. They are currently short staffed so our condo was not ready at the checkin time noted.

Gondola is on the other side of the building which is a plus and minus. The plus side is you don't have to go through lines to take Gondola. There is an entrance door for residents inside the building to Gondola by the elevator in Lobby. You can also store your ski equipment along one side of Gondola station by the wall outside the entrance door. It is so convenient. However Gondolas for some reasons might start running several rounds mid night or dawn. We could hear the noise every night when we stayed. That might be a big problem for people having light sleeps.

If you like the feel of a luxury apartment with a peaceful lobby then this place is for you but if you want the feel of a luxury hotel with grand lobby and surrounded by people then this place may not fit you

Location is great and amenities top notch. Front desk was basic—no greeting, no eye contact, no effort to do more than basic.

We had a lovely weekend during the off season in early November.
