The loft is located at an amazing spot! It's so close to the walls through where you can enter the old Quebec centre - just a few steps away. The loft is spacious for two people, the kitchen and bathroom are super nice and well equipped. The bedroom is well sized and the bed sleeps super good. Also enough pillows and sheets were supllied. The only 2 things we would recommend for the bedroom is to buy a duvet cover, to use instead of using only sheets and to replace the hat with feathers above the bed with other decoration. In the washroom it seemed like the ventilation system didn't work, or at least the control didn't seem to work. For parking we would recommend the app "flowbird". You can get a discount if you park at least 2 days. Super nearby the apartment. Another thing we would recommend is the coffee at the Les Cafés du Soleil!!

Perfect for a family of 4 wanting to explore old Quebec. The unit was extremely comfortable , had everything we needed, and everything from there was walkable. Parking was right across the street. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful spacious apartment that's very convenient to the old town of Quebec City. It was easy to walk to from the bus station and close to many restaurants and historical sites. The apartment itself was very clean and everything was as described.

Nice property and central locality. Seems like a new property but unfinished?Would have rated 5 stars if following items are provided: - cloth rack and cloth hangers. Had to live off our suitcases for 2 days - nice coffee machine but no coffee and creamer - nice washer/dryer but no detergent. - no basic kitchen supplies like sugar/salt/cooking oil - should not expect tourists running around an unfamiliar location looking for a supermarket to buy these supplies - too sticky on specific time sending out access code and check in time at 4pm - public parking is literally at the front door but customer service didn’t provide this simple information. I’m sure they will get more business in future if these basic things are fixed.

We loved our stay and loved Quebec. The bedrooms were quite small which is fine but some hooks for one’s clothes would be helpful. The location was great. Would definitely stay again.

The location was close to many restaurants and walkable to the Chateau Frontenac area. The apartment was nicely appointed, but it could have used a comfortable chair or two. Dish soap and laundry detergent would have been nice. Not at all convenient if you need a taxi and can’t speak French because there is no one to help you. All in all, it was nice to have a two bedroom unit.

Great location for old town harbour area and a visit to the citadelle. Accommodation very clean, but maybe a bit tired around the edges. A couple of lights didn’t work for instance.

In general, it is a beautiful place, ver spacious, clean, modern, and quiet. The only and biggest issue was my reservation. The owner never sent me the access code and Orbitz never sent me the owner’s phone. Another issue was that my cell service doesn’t work there. Upon arrival, I still didn’t have the access code. I chatted with Orbitz and found out the number. I borrowed a phone from a helpful stranger and found out that the owner was waiting for Cred Card info for deposit. I expect Orbitz should have taken care of that since I paid Orbitz already. I was able to get my access code after I gave them the number. It was such an unnecessary trouble!

Excellent Stay! The apartment is well appointed and close to everything in Old Quebec. The communication was also great. If you book this place, you definitely need to be able to walk stairs, as there are no elevators. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

Great spot, tons of space. Could use some deep cleaning but necessary areas are clean ie cobwebs in corner and extreme dust on decorative items. Kitchen and bathroom sparkling. Very quiet and super walkable to everything

I liked the location and size of the loft. The unit was generally clean except for a large head dress hanging at the head of the bed and covered in dust which was very visible and wondered why it was not cleaned. I am allergic to dust and suffered both nights. In fact, I barely slept one night. Also stairs leading to the unit was very narrow and steep. Not safe and one needed to hang on to the railings for fear of falling.

Overall the property was okay, however we were surprised that little things like cooking oil and pepper were not already stocked. Most importantly, there was no coffee. From an accommodation perspective, There is not enough space to sit and watch TV with all four guests comfortably. There is only a love seat and an upright chair. There are also no closets or dressers to store your clothes while you are there. You need to live out of a suitcase and there is no space in the bedroom to even put a suitcase.

More lighting needed in unit and need to add more furnishings. Unit felt bare.

A recently renovated walk up that met the needs of my brother and I as we toured the old town area of Quebec City. I was nervous about parking My Land Rover in an outside lot two blocks away, But it wasn't an issue.

Very easy check in and check out. Close to all the amazing restaurants and galleries. The only downside is that the building is old, found many ants and tiny bugs crawling on the floors

Loft bien situé. Juste assez à l'écart pour tranquillité. Très beau look, propre. Meublé simplement mais adéquat. A très bien répondu à nos besoins. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner.

The space was newly renovated, and clean with just the right amount of space and amenities. One thing to note is that the beds are firm.

The property was great but the location was in the middle of a street undergoing some serious reconstruction. I was advised by email before hand but getting through the construction was a bit more difficult than I had anticipated.

I loved that the loft was in a historic building. It retained many historic features such as the brick and stone walls while at the same time having been renovated in a modern Scandinavian style. It is very well located and an easy walk to the port, le quartier Petit Champlain and Château Frontenac. Unfortunately the week we were staying there the street was being torn up and redone. On our last day we had to weave through large machines just to leave the building.

Great location. No elevator was rough but not a big deal. Spacious enough that we (me, wife and 2 kids) were comfortable. Very clean. TV network (Videotron) didn't work but we were able to access Netflix on it so was good enough.

Excellent quality and location, I highly recommend ! Although there is no parking offerred, there is paid public parking lot offerred at 2 minutes walk.
