The hotel was lovely and spacious. The rooms are massive and the bathroom had a bath/shower which was a really good win. The only downside was the heating didn’t come on a lot and the bathroom door didn’t shorts that I was always a draft

Greatest on arrival with explanation if where to park. A fresh pot of coffee, juice and biscuits were offered. The breakfast was a great start to the day.

Very welcoming and friendly. Single room small but more than adequate. Shower room/toilet next door but exclusive. Breakfast first day was cold but ok the second day. Enjoyed the stay anyway, but was a bit surprised that the bedroom was not serviced during my two night stay and I had to ask for milk and tea the first morning. Donna, the host, was very pl Asante and friendly at all times.

Second time stay at the chimes. New owners were very friendly and warm. Donna was very welcoming and attentive. Location is excellent. Would definitely stay again.

I have stopped in a lot of B&B's when contracting, this one is very good, nice and quiet when you closed the window, good location central for either beach and not too far from Wetherspoons which was busy. Great breakfast as well, would stop again.

Our stay at The Chimes was exceptional, we can highly recommend it. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was so lovely and you were spoilt for choice. The hosts Andy and Gail were very welcoming and friendly and couldn't do any more for you, nothing was too much trouble. We felt very safe as all covid procedures were followed. Andy and Gail's local knowledge is second to none. We can't wait to visit again very soon thanks again Lynne Dean and Ruby.

Very charming B&B with very kind proprietors. My only complaint is that there ia a lack of parking in rhe area. They have 2 very small spaces in front - if tou dont get those you havw ro fins street parking. For the rest, i really liked rhis place ans wouls havw liked to stay longer and explore the area more

Nice owners and plentiful breakfast. Parking permit needed for on street parking as only 3 spaces in front of the property. Very close to town centre.
