If you appreciate architecture, art and a unique location in a seaside neighborhood, you will love this hotel.

I booked this property for the master bedroom and it did not disappoint! Two private balconies and a HUGE bathroom with free standing tub. Staff was so personable and helpful with scheduling excursions for me.

Amazing property

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Barranco. We had a shuttle arranged through the hotel and someone was waiting for us at the airport. The rooms were very nice and spacious and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Our flight home was very early and they even had a breakfast to go packed for us. You have to be buzzed in through the outside gate, so it feels very safe, and is very quite. One block from the beach. Frank was very helpful at the front desk. Thank you for a great stay!

This property is stunning.. but what takes it over the top is the personal interaction with owner . He went out of his way to ensure every gust has what they they individually need , from refreshments to what to see while in Lima. You Can not go wrong by staying here. Oh did I’d I mention the delicious food. The eclectic decorations give the space a character all its own. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here.

Lovely staff, beautiful property, spacious room and bathroom.

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. It felt like our home away from home. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was great, and the room was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, but only blocks from shopping and restaurants.

This is my favorite place to stay. The rooms are gorgeous, air conditioned, and impeccably cleaned. The staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is amazing and the lend bikes to their guests. It's walking distance from a bunch of places in Barranco.

Beautiful house turned hotel nestled in a private street in a very good and safe area of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the atmosphere and facilities.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful but the customer service by far the biggest takeaway for my wife and I, they were beyond helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone traveling to Lima.

This property is wonderful. It is really beautifully restored and we were treated so well by everyone there. The whole stay had a very comfortable at home feel, only better!

One of the best choices I made in my time in Lima. The hotel itself is lovely. It has character, in a nice area of Barranco (a fun and quirky neighborhood) and amazing architecture. Everything you expect in a Boutique Hotel. had a room with a side garden, a sumptuous bed, and the breakfast options are delicious. The hotel staff were both friendly but also took amazing care of me. I can promise that there will be no where else I will stay on any future trips to Lima and I have ZERO hesitations in recommending them to any traveling friends as well.

This was our last hotel in a 15 day trip around Peru and the most disappointing. The breakfast was nice and some of the staff were professional and helpful. Room #1 is a terrible room- I would definitely request to stay in a different room. It is right next to the lobby where there is 24 hours reception, right next to breakfast, and very close to the street where there is loud noise until about 4am. Heard loud noise until 4am and was woken up again when other guests started eating breakfast plus there is very little privacy. The room was large and comfortable, but it's location is very awkward and noisy. Also, the staff should not call an uber like "taxi". Our trip to the airport was the most dangerous thing of our vacation. A proper taxi with an experienced driver would be much preferred. We asked if we should get one on the street, and were told it's not safe for us to be out there. We walked to dinner one night and felt fine, but who knows.

Beautiful mansion house in a nice neighbourhood. As this is a house, rooms are not soundproof. You can hear birds and cars outside and guests inside the house. Room number 2 has a bathroom with a glass wall to the room which might not be everyone’s choice.

The hotel is nice with a vintage style. The staff is friendly and the location great. Only drawback is that the rooms could have been cleaner... The rug in our room hasn't been vacuumed in a while and the bathtub had visible marks that could have been scrubbed away.

What a lovely hotel in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a spacious room and breakfast on the patio was superb. Helpful and accommodating staff.

The absolute best stay, I loved it. Only thing I’d suggest is a nespresso machine in the room and a drink on arrival!

I felt at home at this very cute villa! The breakfast had ample, fresh options. The staff was welcoming and delightful. Situated on a side street in a nice neighborhood, the hotel was very quiet. The neighborhood is off the beaten path, but it is easy to get to any ‘action’ you might want to find. I’d stay here again if I were to come to Lima....
