Perfect service from all in the hotel and easy to park. Short walk to center of the town and very good breakfast.

Unfortunately both receptionists let down the experience. Both seemed to busy, overwhelmed understaffed. The first night we arrived having waited for several minutes for the receptions to check us in I decided probably better to have a drink and relax first instead. We were not allowed he decided check in first and offered us and another couple drinks of orange as we waited. We had travelled four hours for meteora so I was looking to relax with a glass of wine. We were shown to our room which was fine but I noticed there were two milk vials. Not enough for a U.K. tourist who likes her tea. Not to worry we went down to the bar to get a
Drink after unpacking and asked for some more milk. He gave me two more capsules 🙈 so I asked for more and he begrudgingly increased to four. We decided when we went out to buy some milk and on our return past reception I passed him back the four capsules and showed him the milk we had purchased. He took them 🙈 breakfast was ok, the bed was clean although the room very smalll. The bathroom was tired having been painted on the actual bath which made it look old and the sink and the toilet had old stains. They sell this property as “themed” it’s not in my opinion. Putting a few photos or naming a room doesn’t really give it a theme. My experience of my second receptionist is even worse . That is in my second review as we changed rooms to treat myself as it was my birthday

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They were even able to serve gluten free breakfast for us. Beautiful views from our room and easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect setting for Meteora trip. Each room tastefully decorated with a theme of a classic musical. Staff was extremely polite. Very good breakfast with the view of the mountains.

Great clean room. Parking spot was a definite plus for the area. Niko at the front desk was such a great help. He was very accommodating for anything that I needed. Will visit again!!!

Amazing experience really nice decorated and comfortable room with staining view from our balcon, comfy bed and cot for our baby ( baby's bedsheets had lovely baby animals embroidery) Love the communal areas and pool with the breathtaking view of Meteora stones!. Amazing buffet breakfast with savoury and sweet traditional Greek delicacies. Loved the European and Greek movies opera and theater touches and the very friendly and attentive staff. Everything was above our expectations and made our stay a treasured memory. Thank you so much 🙏

Amazing hotel, perfectly situated between the monasteries and downtown Kalabaka. Service was excellent, rooms spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

There was nothing wrong with the property but the room we had looked nothing like the room which was advertized. Our bed was about 6 inches off the floor and the bathroom was similar to a cruise ship bathroom.

The hotel was lovely. Great location. Good parking available. The buffet breakfast was very good. We upgraded to a larger room with a whirlpool tub which had separate sitting and bedroom areas. But, there were a lot of disappointments. There was no place to open a suitcase so you had to use the couch and coffee table which made the sitting area unusable (we had two suitcases). The balcony door had no handle on the outside, so to sit on the balcony you had to leave the door open. The safe wasn't working. There were robes and every one had the tabs for the belt missing or torn. The whirlpool tub doubled as the shower but the floor was so uneven and slippery with no mat available that the day to day showers were dangerous. Also, it took so long for the tub to fill and for the water to get hot, that we only had time to use it as a jacuzzi once. The toilet seat was loose (see pics). We asked for it to be fixed, but when we came back to the room at the end of the day it wasn't fixed. We let a second person know. She said that it hadn't even been documented and that it could not be fixed because it was the weekend. On our last night they offered to change our room, but after 2 days it was a bigger hassle to change. The hotel did have a swimming pool. But they did not let us use it the first day because it was going to rain that night (huh?), and the second day the pool was dirty and I didn't even want to get in it.

This hotel pays great attention to details. From the check-in with a welcome drink, to the mini-bar stocked with many options , to the varied breakfast buffet, all is done to make even the shortest stay enjoyable. Friendly staff all around.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is a bit tired, and the restaurant is not open in the off-season. No hot water in late afternoon.

The rooms were uniquely decorated according to play themes. Every attention was given to detail. Ours was “Phantom of the Opera with chandeliers and rose wallpaper. Check in was so helpful. They even gave us juice upon arrival. The service and staff met our every need, especially at breakfast when I required gluten free options. Beds were so comfortable with fluffy comforters and slippers. The hotel was very clean, safe, easy to locate, near great restaurants and minutes from Meteora monasteries. Again, it was an experience to remember. Would love to go there again!

We loved this hotel. It was amazing value for money. Few minutes away from Meteora. Great breakfast options, friendly staff. We booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms had no soundproofing against the bathroom piping system. It was very loud and disturbed sleep.

The location and service were great. Overall, the room is comfortable but it could be improved a bit. There was some smell in the room at some points in time. The finish specially in the bathroom is also a bit outdated.

The rooms were themed. We had the Romeo and Juliet room. Very clean, quaint and roomy. I really liked the decor. Our balcony had views of Meteora.

Hotel is away from the busy tourist/business district but within walking distance. Room was comfortable and breakfast provided had a variety and was very tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. No elevator so fortunately our room was only on the 2nd floor.
