An enjoyable stay!

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was very detailed and impressive, with freshly baked bread and banana bread and loads to select from. The cooked breakfast by Rob was of restaurant quality.

Wonderful rainforest location, with walks about 100 metres away. Lovely village with many browsing shops. Good eating places. The hosts very helpful and discrete. Large, airy clean rooms with beautiful private outlooks onto the garden. Purpose built B&B with lots of internal areas to increase your comfort.

Phyllis and Robert were lovely hosts and the breakfast was fantastic, it kept us fuelled for the day! The location of the property is gorgeous, secure and quiet. Our friends who booked in more conveniently in the town area never got a good nights sleep. So it was worth the extra 10mins drive. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and there is also a very nice local cafe at the end of the street. Would recommend and would definately stay here again.

There was nothing I did not like, this venue is the most exceptional I have ever stayed in, and what a charming couple.

Thanks for hosting us earlier this week, it was a very pleasant stay and a great spot to break up the drive from Sydney to Brisbane as it is minutes off the highway. A very comfortable spot despite being an unusally cold winter and you are definitely spoiled for choice for breakfast options, Rob cooks up a mean scrambled eggs.

Perfect place to us for stop overnight on the way from Sunshine Coast to Sydney. Convenient location close enough to the main highway yet in the very quiet location. It is a private well maintained property on a suburban street but only a very short walk to the beach with a nice park in front of the house. Bedrooms are nice, very clean, bathrooms are modern with white towels. Small fridge and tea/coffee facilities are in the room. The best is hot and cold breakfast that travellers don't experience in any hotels. The hosts are very nice and generous, even gave us home-made banana bread for our travel. We did not use the pool as it was cold and dark outside. In cold or very hot days you can use air-conditioning, but we like our windows open. It was everything we needed after a long day drive.

The staff was very friendly and professional

In our superior queen room the bed was extremely comfortable, there was adequate shelving and hanging space and the bathroom was clean & functional. We stayed a week and appreciated the location and excellent breakfast. It would make a perfect overnight stop between Brisbane and Sydney as it’s only about 3 minutes off the highway.

It was fantastic, very efficient check in process, really comfortable accommodation and very friendly and welcoming hosts.

We lived a room not comply with fire safety regulations. did not install the heat detector and a smoke alarm. A smoke alarm installed outside the common area, it is not good enough. The room door is not fire rated door. To lease out the room for individual gusts must be fire rated door. The shower door can't open fully. the toilet too close to the shower glass panel not 1 meter wide, night time you must very carefully to use the toilet. the room too small didn't have standard table and chair, the TV installed too high on the wall, make very hard to watch the TV. The stair turning to first floor the turning point is too narrow, minimum should be 1 meter, not comply with access safety regulations. the bed sheets and quilt cover very poor quality, did not comply with 3 and 1/2 rate. misleading peoples to booking the "room" with not standard furniture's and do not comply safety issues on the internet. suggest to take off 3 1/2 rate on the intent. The room and toilet still new and clean. The property owner Ms Phyllis Harris she is nice and baked good banana cake.

Robert and Phyllis were excellent hosts. The hearty and sumptuous breakfast was cooked by no other than former London based chef Robert. I wished I had taken an extra piece of Phyllis’ banana bread.

Air conditioning noise kept us awake at night. Had to turn TV volume up to hear it over a/c noise

The hosts, Robert and Phyllis are nice and friendly. I love their dogs as well. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, plenty of fruit and cooked breakfast is delicious. I will stay again if I am traveling to this area in the future.

Brilliant stay, welcoming, kind and a great spot to stay. It was a difficult time for our hosts personally but despite that, we had a great night and would recommend when they re-open bookings! Thank you Phyllis for being so great and we hope to see you again soon! Beach was 100m away and couldn’t have been a better spot for sun bathing/ walks!

Our two day break at Sapphire Chambre B&B was very enjoyable! Location was excellent and beautiful and really quiet! The owners (Phyllis and Robert) are a lovely couple, very welcoming and our room was very clean with a large bathroom attached! Our room rate included breakfast and we were blown away with what was on offer! Robert also cooks a hot breakfast if you like and presentation and quality is as good as a 5 star hotel, if not better! We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Sapphire Chambre B&B! We will certainly recommend anyone who travels up the North Coast to stay at this lovely B&B in Coffs Harbour! simply. amazing, Without doubt the best B&B we have ever encountered. from the moment you walked into the home to the minute you left it was a fantastic experience the place was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable and more importantly the hosts were fantastic, it is your home away from home. The breakfast was amazing, I have stayed in heaps of B&Bs but this was exceptional. Much better than anywhere else I have ever stayed. I would highly recommend this B&B for your next stay - you won’t be disappointed

Great place to stay. Beautiful home with a great pool and easy access to a great natural beach area. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts Rob and Phyllis were great. So help full in pointing out areas of interest around Coffs Harbour. Rooms where immaculate and beds where very comfortable. Loved the boys.

The hosts are wonderful and hospitable. They provided us with local travel tips, showed us the beautiful property, cooked us five-star breakfast and baked us banana bread. We felt so spoilt :) We would warmly recommend this place for fellow travelers!
