Staffs are serving with smile.

Breakfast took 1 hour to be serve, bathroom smells, there is no P trap on the sink, smell comes out the sink. Bed are stiff. Staff are nice though the night shift are great. This hotel is 1 or 1.5 stars.

Beautiful spacious villa in beautiful resort. Gorgeous pool. Lovely staff. Close to town and right next to sea. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, except for bathroom issues - toilet leaking, smell

Location was hard to find. No sign on the main street. Very nice hotel in natural park, beautiful pool. Excellent breakfast. Room very basic cottage style. But super clean.

They are lack of professionalism and cooperation!

This is a cute resort, very simple and plain. The staff members here are extremely nice and the breakfast is great!

I spent my happy one week at this property. and was really awesome. the only thing not satisfying was the beach which is quite far from the place. there is a shore of the sea in front but, it's more likely hipping port than the beach. However, we had a great time and no regrets about Coco Resort. Absolutely and strongly recommended

Main hotel was good. Nice pool and bar. We had a beach bungalow, which was had very little furniture and the bathroom was very basic. The basin was blocked when we arrived and the loo stopped working on our first night. These were all sorted within a day. I suspect the main rooms/villas are better Good location.

It's nice but u can't swim on the beach and the smell in the bathroom is really terrible sewage smell loafting

This was a great experience staying! U can walk to the beach within 2 mins. Along the beach u also can go to other hotel bar to enjoy your meal n watch the beach view. If u bring ur kid is very okay to leave them play around the beach. Parents can sit in front of bar to watch them. The price compare with same location hotels is really fantastic but the facilities maybe better than others! If u wanna live here u also can consider the villa room because the price of villa room just a bit higher than normal room but everything upgraded a lot.

El Nido coco is so perfect for couples You have your own cabin / garden / tub outside Food is delicious and staff are so friendly We rented a scooter from outside the hotel as it is cheaper The boat trips are from the front of the hotel Location is amazing

To be really honest, I feel extremely disappointed with this booking and am really considering not using Expedia again fo future bookings. The actual experience turned out to be very disappointing. I travel quite a lot and for what I paid for a night you would expect to feel a little special. The experience was far from that. The staff was just average with forced faje smiles, the rooms were clean but once the daily cleankng started they took away our soaps and forgot to replace them. The room did not have a mosquito nest and was infested with mosquitoes even though the electric catcher was always turned on. After not getting basicakky any smeep for 4 nughts out of 6 i decided to try and ask for a net which i git. I think that considering this kind of facility you definitely need to have mosquito nets in your rooms no matter what. Everything with that hotel was just a big inconvenience and disappointment. Not really sure how this hotel even got three stars..

Nice resort, comfortable and nice grounds

Staff is friendly, the resort was almost empty when we were there (at least felt like it was) and therefore we had all the space for ourselves. Bangalows are big and with a beautiful outside space. Would be helpful if they would instal moskito nets, we were eaten alive in the room...

It’s a very comfortable place to stay. It’s not far from the Centre, so you can easily get there, but far enough to be at peace. The accommodation arranges everything, from motor bike rentals, to tours, to complementary massages.

A really lovely deluxe resort - quite a convenient location and only p50 tricycle ride to zone 3 which is where most action is situated. Super friendly staff, well run and well maintained.

Spent 4d/3n at el nido coco resort and everything is amazing.. we were checked in pretty quick, our room is indeed grand. Huge, spacious, really comfy bed and always cleaned and organized.. hotel staff did find us a good boating tour and enjoyed every highlights of the trip. Will recommend and surely stay at coco resort again in the future!
