Mostly a college town.Town has potential but not alot to do.

We loved the location of this studio! It was well decorated & comfortable. The only note we have is that there is a significant hill from the parking to the building and then there is a flight of steep stairs to get to the room. This wasn't a huge inconvenience for us, but it would be a concern for anyone with mobility limitations.

The place was just what we were looking for for a one-night stay in Morgantown. The location was the best part as it's close to everything you want to be close to.

the host was wonderful about communicating, location is exactly as pictured and location is very convenient to downtown and WVU access, which is why we were there.

The pictures and description of the unit were good. The space around the bed was a little tough to navigate. It worked for us and was clean.
However, on the second night that we stayed...someone attempted to enter the room at 10 PM while we were there. They saw us and backed out. It was very unsettling. We had not received any communication, why was someone entering at 10 PM? This incident could have become very dangerous for all involved

Exactly what I needed, a studio apartment in a great location in Morgantown. Close to High Street and within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops.

We came in for WVU parent’s weekend. The location was ideal, it was fun to be immersed in the setting of downtown Morgantown. Felt safe, the building is very secure. Instructions regarding access and parking were well communicated. We had what we needed, would stay here again!

The apartment was clean, roomy for a studio and well appointed. And the location was perfect for visiting our kid at WVU and exploring the town and campus. We will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. It was pretty easy to get to the bike trails, which was what we wanted to do. Great places to eat nearby as we walked. Our only small concern was that our car was parked around the corner and down the street, but we had no issues, so that was great.

Very convenient location with plenty of options nearby for food and nightlife. Early-birds beware, the nearby nightclubs might not be the most peaceful nights sleep. This is a great location otherwise for folks looking to get the most out of the downtown experience.
