We stayed for 7 days in May at this hotel. Overall we had a nice time.
+ fantastic sea view
+ very clean (room, pool, hotel)
+ comfy room with a nice terrasse
+ silent nights (after midnight)
+ good reception
+ very close to the beach
+ nice pool area
+ food was good, every day there was a different "theme", repeats after two weeks (which is normal)
Overall would recomment and come back again.
There were some (minor) issues:
- no drinks included (half-board), water was EUR 3.50! They seem to make a profit regarding drinks. This should be communicated more clearly beforehand.
- weddings are taking place at the nearby Koralli Restaurant, so music can be very load at night. Party closes around midnight and wedding guests leave
- isolation of walls could be better
- no bathrobe and slippers
- be aware that not all pools can be used. On the photos you see pools that are only for private access (for people who have booked this kind of room with a terrasse)

Ants in the bathroom, come on it’s a 4 star hotel, this should not happen. (Room 313)
Sagging mattress - definitely needs replacement I had to sleep in the middle of the bed not wake up with back pain.
Rust in the bathroom - the shower on handles and holders.
Some of the staff was not nice, we were missing positive vibe here.
Non alcoholic drinks not included in the dinner option. I wouldn’t mention it, but 200ml of coke was 3,50€ :) which is insane.
Wild cats everywhere, still have a doubt if it’s plus or minus, some people like their presence begging you for food some find it bothering.

Shampoo was toxic and caused allergic reaction to my daughter. The waiters in the restaurant are too intrusive, if I want to order something I will ask no need to push.

Exceptional place, very clean and well maintained, very kind staff, very good and diverse food, everything perfect! We will definitely come back!

The location was superb. The room was clean and had amazing views of the beach. The staff were really polite and helpful and welcoming.
The pools were great and they have great facilities to keep children entertained.
It was slightly overpriced but was still an enjoyable stay.

The location is perfect because of the sea. Personal is super friendly.
Some type of exceptions from all inclusive package like frappe, which is almost national type of Cyprus coffees. The room doesn’t have tea/coffee appliances. If you are at first floor with land view you can be bothered with noises from technical hotel facilities.

we were upgraded in a sea-view room and it was amazing! I will definitely book a seaview room next time! the hotel was great, very clean, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. We really enjoyed dinner in Koralli and we definitely recommend it. The manager there, Costas, made sure we had a great time and food was amazing (especially the stuffed kalamari!). The roofbar is also really pretty with breath-taking views of Ayia Napa
Α very minor thing for those who are fussy with their sleep. There is a small safety light in the bathroom, which I couldn't turn off. And since the bathroom door is glass-made it was a bit annoying.

Our stay was one of our best vacations. Superb hotel, great facilities, excellent location, direct access to a sandy clean beach.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless, it looked brand new. The breakfast buffet was extensive and varied daily. The bedrooms were tidied daily. The beach and sea were beautiful.
The only thing is that the fruit juices at breakfast could be better quality.

If you are looking for a nice hotel to relax which is located right on the beach, this is it!
At least half board should be included with the price.

Location of the hotel was excelent. Close to the beach. Big variety of food. Staff was very friendly. I recommend this place.

The location is a 10/10 you won’t find a better beach in whole of island and it is right in front of the property. We stayed at the villa which was excellent, had a small pool in front of the villa shared with the other villas and had private jacuzzi. Food was also good and the 360 rooftop cocktail bar. Staff were lovely and very friendly.
We had all inclusive and they were being stingy with not having at least one fresh juice included in the all inclusive package or an iced coffee. With such heat especially! Fresh juices were also missing from the breakfast. Another thing we noticed and didn’t like is that they ask their staff to wear long shirts and black long skirts and pants in the scorching sun of 43 degrees which we found was inhumane. Surely there are professional attire staff can wear that also allow them to be comfortable one lady we saw serving in the restaurant was about to faint!

All inclusive is not all inclusive, they have all inclusive plus, but even then many items you still need to pay for. This hotel is all about up selling.

The beach, amazing. The stuff, food, position of this hotel is 12 points!!! I love the stuff at the beach, gazebo...fruits, good coffee...warm sand. The list is long.
The fact we couldnt stay longer :)
