Great Location, but is a 3 star hotel, food choice was a little repetitive. But staff very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel and its facilities are very good, I’ll go through things one at a time..Food: the food on the whole was above average, lots of choice, tasty and well prepared, maybe a little cold at times. Entertainment: the evening entertainment was very good, as a frequent visitor to the island, there are worse in better hotels.Pool: The pool and gardens are lovely, it is pot luck getting a sun bed, but there is generally one available, (we did stay high season) Rooms: we had a very nice room, overlooking the street rather than pool, meaning more sun, so perfect for us.

Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Marco, Diego, Mena & Roseanna the entertainment were brilliant. Everyday they would make sure everyone was having a good time and getting everyone involved in all activities, they worked so hard and put on great entertainment at night too. We had a great stay and would definitely go back. Only thing with the food is sometimes the hot food wasn’t too warm. Although we were all inclusive we ate out a few times just for a change of scenery. Great bars and restaurants around the hotel.

First 'all inclusive' Hotel. Spur of the moment booking. A cool drink at reception on arrival is a very nice welcome. All the staff throughout are very hard working and always ready with a smile and a buenos dias. Reception is very helpful and got any problems we had resolved very quickly. We had a pool view with the morning sun on our balcony. The food choice was very good. Again the staff all very nice and friendly. Plenty of activities to do daily as well as a gym. All in all a great stay

Staff friendly and the hotel itself was clean. We loved our stay and will recommend to others. Sangria on arrival and free sweets and water in the room was an added extra.

Had an extremely pleasant stay, cannot say a bad word about the hotel/staff or location. Less than 5 minutes from the town centre and all the alternative entertainment. The hotel pool was a tad on the small side and the sun bed scramble became a bit of a farce (like everywhere else in the world), but all in all a very nice place, slightly more than 3* in my opinion. The food choice at the evening meal became a bit mundane, and the dinner time “snack” became more relevant as the holiday progressed, however, the breakfast, and BACON in particular was nothing short of spectacular. None of your stringy, fat, streaky stuff...thick, succulent, fried while you wait stuff, very, very tasty ❤️ We were allowed to stay in the hotel for an extra 4 nights due to the adverse weather conditions back in the UK and were made extremely welcome and comfortable mainly due to Alessandra Mele, the hotel receptionist, who did everything possible to make our extended stay more memorable. I would recommend to anyone...excellent for young and old alike.

Nice clean room. Ours was fairly spacious. Staff are very friendly. Didn’t use all facilites but everyone seemed happy enough. The food was good. Could have been a bit warmer but there’s a microwave if you want it hotter. I wasn’t too keen on the waterproof covered mattresses.

No hot water for 2 nights of our 4 night stay. The basic problem with this hotel is that it’s overcrowded. No room at the pool; can’t get a table at dinner, queues for the food. Occasionally waiting too long for the grumpy bar man -all the rest of the staff were nice.Room maid service was very good.

Overall the hotel is very good ...lovely staff good food .... the rooms are a good size and lovely and clean a tip would be to have a room at the front of the hotel as it gets the sun most of the day ... would certainly return.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Food pretty good. The room was dated, two single beds pushed together were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in. The hot water took at least 30 mins to get warm. Everything was pretty good really. But sadly the rooms need a makeover and new beds.

Good food and drinks. Very good room. Lovely roof top sun terrace which is quiet. Good value. Would stay again.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel, very clean, staff excellent ! AI drinks excellent and food was good too, very close to town centre and a stroll to the beach which is lovely, don’t look at bad reviews this was exactly what we paid for and also got a lovely pool view.

Good located, but rooms were disappointing and the restaurant was not good. Staff at the restaurant was nice but food were slow and boring.

Bad food, ate out despite being AI. Sunbeds all reserved by 9am but nobody on the beds just towels. Sunbeds on rooftop frayed and dirty, nearly came through to the ground when sat on them. Extremely noisy at all times of day, not relaxing at all. Tiny room with springs broken on mattress. Didn't have one good nights rest and I'm a heavy sleeper usually. Went to poolside loo one morning, one loo was covered in dried vomit or diarrhoea (didn't get close enough to find out) went back 4 hours later and was still there. Husband when to the gents another evening and the plastic bag in the waste paper basket was full of urine. These things are more a reflection on the clientele but surely the hotel should be monitoring the cleanliness of public areas. Upon check in one of the first things said was "oh you owe us money". I had actually paid in full for our holiday before departure but thanks for the nice welcome! €10 deposit for a remote control. €10 deposit plus €10 fee to have an iron in our room. Money also charged for safe. Would have thought these things were included as standard in any decent hotel room but not here. We ended up checking out 4 days early and moved to another hotel to try to salvage our holiday. Nobody bothered to ask us why we were leaving early but when I requested a refund for the use of the safe which we had paid for in full at check in this was a big problem. Eventually got it back (€10) but took a fight to get it. Dreadful hotel, please avoid!
