The location is perfect: two blocks from Duval, and a fun 5-15 minute walking distance to almost everything else. If we were feeling lazy, we called a $10 Uber. Very nice coffee and sandwich shop one block away. We LOVED the three patio/porches/decks The house was laid out well and the kitchen was beautiful with what appears to be fairly new appliances. The 2.5 baths was a huge plus. Noise. Saw a few unfair comments about being too noisy and I must disagree. The upstairs people slept like babies with the fan on, and the couch sleepers complaint was more the darn roosters in the morning. And there’s nothing you can do about that anywhere in KW. Summary being two blocks from Duval? Pretty darn quiet. Couple notes, but not complaints. You must use the keypad on the FRONT door. In our excitement of arriving, we went to the back door right off the street and tried unsuccessfully punching numbers in a spare key lock box. Also, while the parking spot is a 3-5 minute walk away, be happy you have dedicated parking. I personally found the walk in the Truman Complex relaxing and beautiful. Needed to talk to /ask Joe about several things, none of them major, and Joe was very quick to respond. Great communication. The only thing negative was that the floor wasn’t 100% clean and the top of the fridge was a little dusty. Not a big deal considering everything else. Overall, LOVED THE PLACE! Would not hesitate to rent it again.

This townhouse is updated and clean. It is in the Truman Annex, a very nice area of Key West. It is very close to Duval street, but it is still very quite. Love this place!

The house was very clean and spacious enough for 5 adults to stay very comfortably. Beds were very nice. Location is fabulous. Host was readily available for any problems (had a problem with lock but was my mistake). Large kitchen and living room, lovely space to have my coffee outside, either front porch or patio area. Personally I do not understand any less than 5 star reviews. I did not have any issues whatsoever. I will definitely be back and rent this unit.

This property was just perfect for two couples. No better location in Key West. Owner was responsive and everything was clean! Would be happy to stay here again.

From the minute we walked in, we were treated to a clean, bright, welcoming space. Joe was excellent in answering any questions I had, including giving me specific directions to his reserved parking space. There were a few minor issues, but he addressed them all. Location is the best in Key West. I will definitely rent from Joe again- he was super to work with!

Beautiful Townhome/Condo, very roomy and clean, in walking distance to everything-shops, restaurants, bars, Duval St, bicycle/scooter rental. We very much enjoyed our stay!! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to Duval and Mallory Square. The development pool was perfect. One downfall was parking for people who came to visit us and when we rented a golf cart. No where to park! It was frustrating. The tenants in the development were so kind too and tried to help us. If you are coming with a car or plan on renting a golf cart, you will need to address with the landlord prior to arrival. The other issue we had was the droppings on the window sills and bathroom floors. Other than that the house was clean, comfortable, spacious, perfectly located and just what we needed for our trip!

The quality of the property was excellent. It was very clean & decor was nice. We especially enjoyed the back patio which was private & inviting. We had no issue with anything. My only suggestion would be to get a map of the property to find the pool & parking space.

We really enjoyed the location and size of this condo. The patio area was spacious and shaded. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Truman Annex and love the close proximity to Blue Heaven and the Green Parrot. Only 2 negatives I can give is the dishwasher was installed to far under the countertop that the controls were hidden so we couldn’t run it and the traffic on Thomas St and Southard St was vey noisy due speed boat race traffic driving down to the water front park. That did give us a front row seat for the boat parade!

Parking is 1 1/2 blocks away on the street inside the Truman Annex. It is a parallel parking spot and you only get one. There is a public parking lot we had to park in the first night. Make sure you know where this spot is and hope no one is in it and if there is, hope someone is at the guard shack to get it towed. This happened to us. The unit had not been cleaned and wasn’t until the next morning. The balcony is rotted and the canopy over it is busted and full of water. The view to the street is obstructed by palms so couldn’t have seen the parade from there as advertised. We NEVER got the wi-fi password. The dishwasher doesn’t work. There were dirty brooms stored on the wall in the guest bathroom next to the commode. There were tractor trailers and cargo vans traveling Southard all day. It is not a quiet location. The back patio deck has loose bricking materials that poss a hazard. The owner promised some restitution for the inconveniences but all I got was his silence.

Super clean. Great location. Private. Awesome mattresses and pillows. Extremely comfortable. Great communication with the host. Any negative comments about this place don't match with our experience. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely stay here again. Five stars all around.

Not sure where to start but there was nothing pleasant about this stay!! Check in was suppose to be at 4PM and we were not able to check in until 7PM because cleaning crew was not done! Not too sure what they were cleaning because this place was disgusting…floors were filthy, dishes still in dishwasher, no handsoap in the bathrooms! After showers that evening we noticed how black our feet and socks were from walking around the unit! The carpet on the stairs and upstairs as well as the black and filthy floors around the dining table were disgusting!! This unit is on the corner and the road noise from vehicles and even people walking by and talking will keep you awake late and wake you up early…don’t plan to get a full nights rest!! When we asked the owner about being compensated for the loss of 3 hours with a ridiculous late check in…he avoided the question and blamed it on cleaning crew! There is no assigned parking and we had to park 2-3 blocks away from unit! The listing is also wrong…there is a sleeper sofa, one king and two twins…missing one king compared to the way it is listed! Way better places to stay in Key West!!

Perfect location in Key West! Two short blocks to Duval St. and walking distance to everything. We loved our stay here and look forward to staying at this property again!

Great spot just off Duval. Very comfortable beds.

It was just OK. Property looks a little worn, and compared to other properties in Truman Annex, this was not as nice. Too close to the road (lots of noise) and parking was a pain as we could not use owners spot assigned spot. No toilet paper in one bathroom so we had to go out and buy ourselves. No laundry detergent although we were asked to start a load of bedding at the end (we brought some and used our own). Just a few little things made this OK instead of great.

We had a great time, location was awesome and everything worked out great. Property owner had great communication.

Great pool to use and you could walk to either end of Duvall street

Finding a place that was close to Duval Street was easy and I knew the location I wanted to be at because I was in the same area last year for spring break. Going on line and renting a place was easy with a few payments that are spread out before the trip. I would go through VRBO again in a heartbeat. We had a lot of fun showing family around Key West.

Group of 3 couples stayed, didnt spend a lot of time in unit. Location was great, close to Duval, good options for meals. Unit very clean, and well equipped. We saw the sights, free bus line close by. Great 2 night stay.

Perfect condo! Had everything we needed, including washer/dryer! Loved the patio as well! My husband even watered plants! I can’t get him to do that at home. Lol

The location was perfect, just enough space for a girl’s weekend. Very easy check in process.

The location for this property was awesome. We enjoyed the park and new amphitheater and state park and fort Zachary Taylor that was a stones throw away. Also easy walks to all the major attractions and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and kitchen plenty big enough. Front porch and back patio were awesome relaxation spots. Could use more plates and forks. Only 4 of each were available. Would stay here again

We had a wonderfully stay the property. It’s size and space was perfect for 4 of us. And the location was second to none. I would recommend this listing to everyone.

Our family prefers to stay in a place that feels like home. My daughter has severe food allergies, so we grocery shop and use a kitchen when traveling. This property had everything we needed to move in for 5 days and be comfortable. It was close to everything, but quiet at the same time. It rained for a couple of days, so we were grateful to have a nice place to hang out and play games in the evenings.

We had a short girls trip to Key West and this property was perfect for us. Place was clean and beds super comfortable. Had all we needed like beach/pool towels. Able to walk most everywhere from rental; only 2 short blocks to Duval Street. When we did get an Uber, the pick up was right at the corner just outside the rental. The rental was clean and a great space for us. The 2.5 baths was perfect for us 3 gals to get ready. There was a great patio space to sit and relax in the morning or whenever it suited our group. We had a little hiccup our first night, totally our fault, and owner responded right away to questions and helped us get a resolution. He was great and so very helpful. Only thing I would call out was in locating the rental. Address was no problem, however locating the actual unit was not easy as the front with number on house is not on a facing street and no real signage directing you. Had to walk down a sidewalk that we only found when asked a guy at the security booth who wasn’t super willing to be helpful. We came in after dark so that might have been part of the problem. Once we were pointed in right direction, we had no problem getting into the unit. Pretty minor complaint and would just suggest owner provide that direction in the future. Overall we had a great time and the rental was a perfect fit for us. Would go back and stay again.

Came down for the boat races with friends. Great location for the races and Duval st. Excellent time was had by all. House was just as described and everything was in working order
