Property is very dated. Beds very uncomfortable, pillows very small and cheap, we only had 2 towels and one wash cloth, no hand towels, floor mat, tissue or basic toiletries hotels provide. We stayed for two nights and were woke up both days at 7:30 from loud voices outside the door and the housekeepers carts rolling back n forth on the 1st and 2nd levels. Breakfast was an absolute joke the 1st morning. My husband made a comment about it to the front desk and they claimed the food service truck hasnt brought them certain items in over a month. Day 2 they actually had a breakfast set up with the items we were told they didnt have. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Lesson learned!

Very disappointed to arrive and found out that this was a motel and not a hotel. The counter service was great and very friendly. The rooms definitely need to be updated. The bed was comfortable, but I was unable to get additional pillows.

Terribly disappointing. Had to pay daily for parking, in a 3/5 empty parking lot. No information given about the free breakfast which available…we only see this upon checkout. No coffee maker in the room. Room was VERY dated, bathtub was dirty (we had to purchase cleaning supplies at Publix and clean it ourselves), room smells of mildew. Ice makers did not work. 10/10 would not stay here again.

The staff was super friendly, one of the nights we stayed. The ceiling started leaking rain, they had nothing to help us. No buckets, we had to use our, wring them out and reuse ring them out and reuse, I feel is all put on us And we still had to pay the full price because they said we used a third-party Hotels.com

My wife and I have stayed here several times in the past. We have always had a good experience until this time. Room was supposed to be handicap accessible, it was not, it was on 2nd floor and no elevator to get to it. The shower had mold all in the grout and the shower head was coming out of the wall and looked like hard water build up on it. Bottom of bathtub, not sure what was going on with it. And the complimentary toiletries were used and not new. Was very disappointed in this stay. The complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired this time. And the area which it is served in was dirty. We were there when the breakfast area opened up, not an hour or so later. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STAY THIS TIME. Don't know that we will stay there again. Be sure to look at photos to see what I am talking about.

I wish I had looked more into this property before booking. LOTS of noise, I don’t care about kids making noise having fun, but I’m talking adults yelling, slamming doors at all hours. Multiple “neighbors” around me smoking what I believe to be more than just cigarettes, and it made my room even smell like that! I honestly didn’t feel super safe being there alone as a female. I will say the location is convenient and you can walk to the beach.
