The air mattress had no sheets or blanket - which the host said he would fix after the first night but the mattress deflated overnight. There was a used fertility test in the night stand, which I found while searching for the sheets. If you’re wondering if I’m a high maintenance traveler who loves to ding rentals - this is the first negative review I’ve ever left. The place is 4 stars - my rating is for the host, who was made aware of everything and did nothing other than acknowledge the issues via text. Also don’t forget to bring your own soap.

Awesome condo for our short family trip to WC. The location was awesome. It is one block from all the restaurants and bars and a very convenient parking garage right across the street. The condo is extremely clean and provides everything you would need for your stay. We will book again if we ever need a place in WC again.

We were in town for LAX tournament and this location was convenient and gave us an opportunity to relax in the evening by walking around West Chester. There were plenty of food options in walking distance and we enjoyed walking around and stopping for some gelato.

Was in town for a work meeting and enjoyed having a place to stay as an alternative as a hotel. I felt safe with the access to the building and the unit. I would stay again!

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and Brian was quick with communication. Would definitely stay here again.

In my return rental 2nd time, car parking was no longer free and the additional cost of daily parking set me over my budget. 😞

This was a great location to stay at for a wedding event we attended. Walking distance to restaurants. The only trouble was when trying to locate a place to park. No parking at location, we had to use public parking garage around the corner (approximately $10 for overnight). The gates weren’t working as designed. Something that needs more explaining in detail was gaining access to the apartment on 3 rd floor. Key fob required to access building. 8 out 10 would stay here again. Perfect space for 1-2 ppl

My time here has been nothing but wonderful! The apartment was very clean and provided some necessities, like an extra air mattress and bathroom things. Brian was a great host and very responsive during my stay as well. I am definitely planning to stay here again for my next visit!

This was like booking a hotel room in a city. Check in was a little tricky in that you have to pull up in front of building, unload stuff, take up to apartment (3rd floor), use code to open door, get key to front door of building (which we could never get to work), pick up parking pass, leave belongings, return to car and move it to parking garage a block away and then walk back. All of which we had to do in the rain unfortunately. This was stated (a little less clear) in the listing, I just didn’t realize it was to this extent. Apartment was clean. The couch is NOT suitable for sleeping as there is a large window to the atrium that is very bright and you can hear people coming and going all night. The bedroom is in the back and was very quiet. I needed something to write with while I was there and couldn’t find anything. That would be my only suggestion- pen and paper. Would stay again as it was a great centrally located place. Contact person was easy to reach, friendly and very helpful.
