Location is close to the beach, house was clean. The only problem we had with pool heater. We requested the pool to be heated months before we arrived. Upon arrival the water was cold, heater was broken. Contacted the property manager and they fixed it after 2 days. It worked for 2 days only and broke again. They were not able to fix it so we were without warm water for the rest of our stay. Frustrated because we had a lot of kids with us and we were not able to use the pool. The pool heater should have been checked before our arrival. Very disappointed how it was handled by the property management.

We had a great time staying at Sunny and Chair, there were some issues but when we contacted My Vacation Haven they were more than willing to try and accommodate what needed to be fixed or taken care of. We did have an issue with the washer, they came up with a solution to help us, but we didn't want to spend time at the laundromat, so we chose to just bring things home, and utilize the time we had at the beach. Would definitely consider staying with My Vacation Haven again.

Overall, the stay was great. We had some issues with the wifi and a bed, but Maya helped us tremendously on our stay and was very prompt. One thing I want to add is to work on the hospitality app more. It was very helpful on my stay, but it crashed alot.I would stay with Vacation Haven again in the future!

Overall we had a very good experience with the house. It had all of the bedrooms that we needed, common areas were not the largest, but it worked for us. Pool was perfect size for this application. Only had a few minor issues. 1. We were not give the wi-fi password prior to arrival and had to call the office to get it. There are a couple of different wi-fi name/passwords posted throughout the house, none of which worked. 2. The golf cart power indicator didn't work, so we ran out of power twice and had to push it back to the rental. Also the washing machine shakes terribly. Both issues the management company says they will address. 3. Our only other issue was upon arrival, when the house cleaners arrived exactly as we did, at check-in time, to begin cleaning. This would not normally be a big deal, we'd find something else to do, but it was pouring rain, so we just stayed downstairs while they cleaned the upstairs and swapped when that was done. Not a big deal, but less than desirable. Management was very responsive with text messages. Overall a very nice place, great location, would stay there again.

Well we had to wait for them to replace the gas for the grill it was empty when we got there!!! Not good! Also the refrigerator wasn’t making ice, also the Internet wasn’t working and one of our guest had to hand in a college paper! First 24 hours was not good!!!!!

We arrived on Sat at 4pm and all seemed good. The house was great for our party. Very clean. When we attempted to use the pool we realized it was not heated and was very cold. We called and were told it would be $250 for the week to heat it. We said please add that to our stay. I later noticed we were charged $280 and when I contacted the management company I was told the difference was for tax. On Sunday the pool lady came out to turn on the heat. It never came on. We called and told the management company and they told us we needed to wait 24 hours for the pool to heat up (but the pool lady told us it should only take 2-3 hours). I contacted the management company when we still did not have heat on Monday and told them there was an error message. They asked me to send pics of the error message. On Tuesday late morning the pool lady came back, worked on the issue and the pool was finally comfortably heated at around 5pm that evening. That's 3 days we missed out on heat for the pool and were never offered a credit. The Wi-Fi also did not work until Wednesday. We contacted the mgmt company several times and finally someone came out and replaced the router. Our stay was to end on Sat at 10am meaning Friday was our last full day of vacation. On Friday morning at approx. 10am, the pool lady came and cleaned the pool, added more water (cold) and chemicals. Nobody in our party wanted to get in for a few hours due to seeing the chemicals being poured directly into the pool. We didn't understand why she would come on Friday and not Saturday. When I contacted the mgmt company (via text message) upon returning home and receiving multiple requests to leave a review, I recapped all of these issues for them. Their response was Thank you so much for sharing all of this with us. I am not sure why they came on Friday instead of Saturday. The pool heat charge was $250 before tax, and with tax it came out to $280. I'm very sorry about everything that you experienced. No offer to reimburse us at all for the days we missed being able to use the pool. We weren't looking for reimbursement for the house or what we paid for it but some sort of reimbursement for the heat we paid for that we never got would have been nice. Or even a mention to have a manager call us to discuss our concerns, to get more details would have seemed more appropriate.
In sum, the house is nice, in a nice location, perfect for big groups. Mgmt not so great.
