Great little place. The view is beautiful and close to Clearwater and St Pete. Would stay again!

Great place for my wife and I to escape and enjoy time at the beach!

Small but cozy, clean & well located condo on the 3rd floor overlooking the immaculate Gulf beach. A nice little balcony with 2 chairs is perfect for morning cup of coffee or a sunset glass of wine.

This location is perfect plenty of hassle free parking. Steps away from beach.

Very beautiful area, close to a lot of great things to do. Quiet, clean, not so crowded as other beaches, a lot different bird varieties. Nice helpfull cleaning and maintenance staff.

This was a very clean unit. The location was great with a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay again!

Me and my family had an excellent time! Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to getaway for a while.

We just wanted a nice clean room with an ocean front view! That is exactly what we got. The bed was very comfortable. The beach was awesome and not way busy. If I had to suggest any improvement- I would suggest a bigger water heater. We both could not shower back to back. I would absolutely recommend Ybor property and these renters!

The property is still under construction with many areas still unfinished. However we were not bothered by their work. Thought that a 175.00 for cleaning fee was much as we were only there for two nights. Location great, beach access great.

Couldn’t be closer to the beach. Otherwise it’s a very basic clean place to stay. Balcony faces beach but is very small. Building had construction ongoing at the time. No noise issues but it didn’t look very nice on the outside.

Great view. Great location on uncrowded beach. Communication was very organized.

Scaffolding was up on a significant part of the building which was unsightly and blocking access to pool area. Rusty patio railings, old worn out hallways and elevator. Drilling and construction noise started every day at 8am. No warning of any of this when I made the reservation and when I informed the owner, the response was that they don’t have any control of these things. Staying informed of the condition of the property you own and are renting to people is an essential part of being a responsible and caring property owner/manager. And it would be courteous to offer a discounted rate under the current conditions. This stay was really disappointing but more disappointing was the lack of concern by the owner.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. I haven't stayed at a place that was this close to the water (short beach) which made it really great for a trip with a 2 year old. The condo was comfortable. Keyless access (via code) was great. Elevator worked well. Things that appeared differently in pictures than in person: - Pool was quite small, but worked fine for our purposes - The construction going on was at times quite annoying, so I was grateful there was a discount for this. - The condo overall is quite small. It was a stretch to fit a portable crib in the bedroom with the King bed. - Kitchen counter space is also pretty tight, but we survived for a few days. (note - no dishwasher). - The kitchen table was a regular height table with 4 chairs (this was a pro over the bar height table pictured) Suggestions/: - Bathtub could be cleaned more - esp. the drain stopper. - A dresser (instead of the armoir) would provide much more useful clothes storage and the surface area would be helpful given the small apartment. - The bed is quite tall; at 6 mos pregnant it was a little tough to get in. a stool would be nice. - we had some trouble with the thermostat; air worked, but sometimes when changing the temperature, it would go blank. I would suggest replacing - seemed on its last leg. Overall: Clean cozy place with great proximity to a quiet, beautiful beach and easy building & parking. Would recommend for 2 ppl, but was a little tight with kiddo if any longer than 3 days.

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and assuring me of comfort and convenience. They did amazing job. Very clean and the location was perfect and it's settings and convenience in town. It was a very enjoyable experience.

This is our 4th time staying at this location. Beach is wonderful! We did have construction going on but we were warned and compensated for the development. Only complaint was that one of the washers would not work and it was after the office had closed. I was washing the towels from the condo and we were leaving so I hope that it was taken care of.

This is an incredible place to stay. Private beach, balcony and ocean views with the sound of the waves. Communication with owner was great. Property had everything we needed. Will return soon
