It was very clean and easy to access. It’s about 10 minutes away from the train station by foot. There’s good air conditioning, big bed, big bathroom and shower. Close to the shops and restaurants

A modern room in a good location for the main sites in Salerno. Easy check-in. It was definitely worth the little extra money for a balcony.

Room were rather small but it fit the bill, close to the intercity train station garage, the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, Beatrice in particular was a gem.

Nice and easy property

Little tricky to find (it is located on the 4th floor of a multi-use building so you do have to be looking for the sign on the side of the building), but once in it was super easy! The staff is very friendly and helpful and check-in was quick (you’ll want to arrange your arrival ahead of time as they will have to let you in the building) and is located in a very nice area with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We parked down the street at a parking garage (very nice workers and safe location) and carried our things up the stairs but there is also a small lift for suitcases. The rooms were very nice, with recently updated amenities, comfortable beds, and the breakfast bar in the room was perfect for a self-serve breakfast (coffee/cappuccino/pastries/juice etc) and included a mini fridge. Overall excellent stay in a safe and quiet location, would definitely stay again!

No Internet. Nada. Not working for our two phones. All night until early morning. Extremely disappointing. There was trash in the bathroom bin On arrival which is uncomfortable. Uphill walk from Main Street that leads to or from train station.

Host Luigi was fabulous! He helped with maps, getting set up on day trips to Amalfi coast and made a phone call for me setting up my next location. I couldn’t ask for more. First time in a property inside another building but, the decor, furnishings and room were excellent and I grew to appreciate it.

We stayed two nights at Suite 39 and loved it! It’s right within walking distance from the train and the historical part of town. The staff was incredibly accommodating of our late check in. They even provided free snacks and drinks which were a lifesaver when we arrived too late for dinner. The staff was responsive, helpful and kind. 10 out of 10 if you want simple, affordable accommodation in Salerno.

Comfortable, clean, convenient location close to shops, station and ferry port and I would stay there again. However misrepresented on Hotels.com. In reality there is no front desk and despite three messages giving my arrival time I still had to ring and sit on the stairs for 10 mins until someone came (luckily someone let me in the street door to the building) - that was my sole human contact of my 2 day stay. Breakfast is pre packed croissants etc left in room on arrival.. Also advertised as having a bar - it doesn’t. Reference to beach bars is clearly nonsense as this is a town centre hotel!

The property is 10-15min walk from the Salerno train station so no need for taxi unless you have lots of luggage. It’s two blocks away from a main road that has all the shops, restaurants, and bars. If your catching the ferry to Positano or any other port the pier is about a 10min walk. The hotel rooms are located inside the fourth floor of an elevator building. It is important to reach out to the hotel and set up a time of your arrival. Once there we were greeted by Luigi; the most kind, helpful and hospitable individual. Not only did he show us to our room he also gave us insight and amazing restaurant recommendations. The room was great in size with balcony facing the town. Inside the clean room with tv and air conditioner we found complimentary snacks, water, coffee, and juices. The bathroom was nicely setup with walk in shower, toilet and bidet. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and hopefully everyone gets to meet Luigi.

Good location and clean modern accommodation

As an American tourist, this hotel was perfect for my girlfriend and I. The staff spoke great English, and were very helpful in assisting us with sightseeing or navigating. The staff cleaned our rooms and restocked the snack bin and coffee stand they offer every day. In addition to that the rooms were beautiful and our particular room gave us a great view of the street below. I can’t recommend this establishment enough, they did a great job.

Property was cute and quaint! Great location to everything needed: restaurants and shopping! Very convenient and we had a cute balcony where we couldn’t enjoy our coffee and croissants in the morning. Great snacks and beverages available which were included as well as the electric hot water kettle, I loved having my cappuccino on the balcony. Luigi has great restaurant recommendations. Very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this B&B suites! Thank you! We loved Salerno!

Amazing B&B! Luigi made it a point to be in contact with us and give us suggestions on where to go. The room was equipped, beautiful and quiet. He kept water in the mini fridge and snacks stocked for us. Great walking distance to the train station and all the restaurants. This will be our place to stay at every time we visit Salerno! Thanks Luigi, we loved the place!
