It's a beautiful hotel and the casino is really happening.

The hotel is lavishly decorated and is simply beautiful on the inside. The room decor is amazing. However, there is no microwave in the room. Also, they have a separate resort fee which you pay upon check-in. The beds are very very uncomfortable. It seems as if there is no mattress. The refrigerator is a part of the room and should be checked and cleaned. My refrigerator had a hair in it. I reported this to the front desk to make sure housekeeping is aware. We need housekeepers that love doing their jobs. Maintenance should be checking every room. My shower smelled like mildew and had water stains on the ceiling. There were also stains behind the shower handle. For a hotel like this, this should not be the case. Things like mildew smells and water stains should be rectified immediately. They should not have checked me into a room with water stains on the ceiling. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel until they get new mattresses, install a microwave, and fix the water stains on the shower ceiling.

Only one problem. Check-in was at 3:00 pm but my room was not ready until 4:30 pm. Everything else was good.

The day of check in they have over 60 people waiting for rooms witch they didn’t have it I have mine at 8.16 pm from Ty in the worst aggressive way he all

Everyone was very nice! I arrived early for meetings that started at noon, but wasn't notified that my room was ready until 4:53pm...that was the only problem during my stay

It was a terrible birthday stay. The manager was very rude to me about my concerns of the extra fee that i was not inform about when i called the morning before checkin i was bitten by BED BUGS no need to say anymore

Only my 3rd time staying here but I love it! Just came for one night. ( I only live 2 hrs away) Came for a small bday getaway. Did a little gambling, a little drinking and a little eating(David’s was great)!!! Love that there is so much to do all around you. Next time we will go see a show!!

Checking was 3pm. At 2:50 we were told the room wasn’t ready and we’d receive a text. At 3:10 when checking again suddenly the room was ready with no text. The room was nice and clean. But the beds were full size when they were supposed to be queen size so tight with two adults in one bed. Not sure it’s worth the price but overall it was ok.

Not very family friendly. To get from the hotel to the adjacent mall and restaurants, we weren’t allowed to walk through the casino. We literally had to take an elevator to the parking garage. Then walk through the parking garage full of traffic: before finally taking another elevator to the mall area. VERY INCONVENIENT FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG ONES AND STROLLERS.

The room was really nice. The bathroom was huge and had an amazing shower. They definitely have top notch sound proofing, because we didn’t hear anything, including a really bad storm.

This is a very enjoyable property. So many things and amenities for everyone to do. We went to see a live show and did a little shopping. Even if you’re not a casino person, you should come to this property to enjoy the events and other amenities.

The room was clean and nice as usual but this time the air conditioning was not working properly the thermostat was set at 65 degrees but the temperature was at 78 degrees the whole night and very uncomfortable

Upon arrival the system was down and we couldn’t get all the items we needed/wanted at check in. They offered $50 food credit.
We had dinner at the prime rib and when we brought leftovers back to our room the fridge was not cold. We called down to ask for maintenance or and new fridge. They said they would send someone and never did.
Around 3am I called because our room was hot. We had it down to 50 but the thermostat wouldn’t never go down, just up.
When we checked out I mentioned all these items and they said, “ $50 food credit was for everything”
I’ll never go back to this hotel based off of that experience and lack of acknowledgement on staff’s behalf

My mother and I ended our summer vacation at the hotel on July 4th. The staff was very accommodating, and room was spacious and so comfortable. We needed a place to eat an early breakfast upon our checkout and Luckies did not disappoint. The hot croissant egg sandwiches were filling and delicious. No question, we will come back to this hotel.
