We were here for Buisness and it was clean and convenient. Breakfast could be a little better but it’s still free so I can’t complain too much .

off to a rough start: room key system was down for 15 minutes; no ice on 2 floors; but once settled it was fine. nice coffee, breakfast, pool. extremely friendly staff.

Been having to travel a lot for work lately and have stayed at some "nice" places that cost way more than the Hampton and the Hampton had the SOFTEST towels and sheets out of all of them! And finally a place with a microwave in the room! The staff was also great and ready to assist when my delayed flights changed my arrival date.

Love coming here to stay my favorite Hotel in Maryland

The room was clean, staff was friendly. When checking in had an issue with my card not unlocking the door to our room, we were switched to a different room for our stay. Upon check out was charged "an upcharge" for room up grade. Initial staff I consulted with was not completely understanding I didn't request the upgrade, I was changed rooms from a king to 2 queens because of a faulty door lock. Another staff member came out and helped me and removed the charges. Always get receipt and check your charges.

Hotel was clean and room was as described. The person who checked us in was very short and was not forthcoming about information about the hotel ( i.e. breakfast times, if the internet was free, etc). The rest of the staff I encountered was polite and helpful. Breakfast was good - good selection daily. The hotel room door lock was very tricky and was not easy to use. It took a few times to make sure the door was actually closed and locked. I observed this issue with other guests having a similar issue.

Everything was fine, only had an issue with toilet leaking a lil bit, and the refrigerator was set on freezing but, all else was well. The breakfast was spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was good. Front desk receptionist are not rude but not very friendly besides the receptionist that assist us when first checking in. She was welcoming. But not a reason to not stay here. All the other employees were great and we enjoyed our stay. We are definitely going to stay again.

Stopped here for a night, our room had a pile of dirt/sand or something next to the sofa bed. Informed the front desk but since it was midnight (we checked in late) she didn’t have staff available to clean and my kids had fallen asleep so switching rooms was not a good option for us. She told us that since we booked thru Expedia we had to contact them. Expedia’s customer rep was awful. He called the hotel and said that he has hanged up on and told me there wasn’t anything else he could do, I had to deal with the hotel directly. When we were leaving this morning, we noticed that the mini fridge had stopped working so we had to toss our food. I informed the front desk while checking out and the guy just said “oh, ok” I am not a difficult guest by any means but I felt that they didn’t even try to make it right at all. Both the hotel and Expedia let us down
