Really nice, modern apartment about a 10 minute walk from the centre. There's a useful shop just outside which is well-stocked.
Downside is that we booked this for the pool as it was advertised as having one, but we had to pay to use it, at a very high price. We decided not to use this due to the cost which was disappointing.

Lovely apartment a few minutes walk from old town with good selection of shops and restaurants on the estate. Unfortunately getting check in details was difficult, contact is only possible 10-6pm and we had to chase them several times.

Nice apartment but the spa and gym was totally misleading. They were on another building and cost 30e/person.

I would NOT stay here again for numerous reasons. Host was good and it was easy to communicate. We received self check in instructions as they were clear and easy to follow. Place was clean. However when this apartment was booked it said it can sleep up to 6 people. ABSOLUTELY NOT ! Apartment has 4 single beds which are combined together and 1 couch. At most place can sleep 5 people and thats not too comfortable. So thats a big NO NO. Why is this place listed for 6 people? Additionally there were not enough towels in the place.

The apartment is announced as an apartment with pool, but there is no pool in the facilities. The pool is in a private spa, in the area. To use the pool, you need to book it in advance (luckily you get an available spot), you need to pay extra and be in the pool for only 1 hour.

We liked that the property was within a walking distance to downtown.
On the other hand we were very disappointed with the customer service as they did not want to help with any issues with the apartment.
1. Booked 2BDR apartment with 2 queen beds (rcvd 1 queen and 2 twin beds - not ideal for two couples)
2. As per reservation our unit supposed to have “city views” - we had not city view at all
3. Pool should be free of charge; however the fee per hour was 69PLN (around $18)
4. Unit was not clean (dust; spiderwebs; felt like crumbs on the couch)
5. No standard condiments in the kitchen such as ice, salt and pepper
6. No standard toilet trees in the bathroom such as soap, body was, shampoo and conditioner
7. Charged more at the property than what it was listed on my invoice
We definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone u less you want to be disappointed and overcharged.

Dirty, old laundry from other guests. Dust and dirty on the floors. Tv didn’t work, food in the fridge from other guests and we had vi access that includes wine, we didn’t get that.

The property is nothing like in description.it is called spa and wellness, but they do not provide this service. You need to go to other spa near by and pay for it. Rooms are nothing like in pictures.

There is nothing Unique about the property. It’s a total scam since photos shown are not like the apartment you would get. We looked at the photos of the property and booked the apartment only to find it is not like what’s in the photos. There are no VIP benefits like an upgrade or anything. Be careful when you book because it will shock you when you get the apartment. There is no view at all and your view is other apartments in the complex looking at your apartment. It’s about a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the town. There are no amenities as well , so do bring some with you like your shampoo, soap etc.

Excellent lotation, modern building, nicely designed apartments however one of them (pink one) require small renovatio. Holes in the walls, broken hangers etc.

Nice and spacious flat well suited for a family. Very clean and close to city center. Staff was nice and friendly. Be aware that the pool and spa is relatively small and very popular + is not included in the rent. Would stay again.

I have to pay extra 130PLN for cleanning - it was mandatory, but on your website was no information about it. I had never take this hotel if i had see the price for cleanning.

The apartment was very good, but after booking I found out that I had to pay for cleaning, late check in, because we arrived 19:30. And we also had to pay for access to the SPA area. I think when "SPA & Wellness is a part of the name, I thought that the access to the SPA was free, and we only had to pay for the Wellness like massage.

It was generally good. Apartments were clean,good space, comfortable beds, good sized bathrooms and was just a 5 minutte walk to the old town. However, I felt the information on hotels.com was misleading. One gets the impression that the spa and restaurant are in the same building when it is actually not. In addition you have to pay extra to use the facilities for just 1,5hrs with small children that love swimming the time is way too limited. There are other cost like deposit 300 and cleaning of the apartment 150 one only gets to know about after Booking . This is information that should be presented during the Booking process so that we make informed decisions. Had I known, I could have just booked at a hotel and got everything included. So Apartmore give more infor of the actual total cost of your apartments which I liked by the way and will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends

We booked very last minute but found this absolute pearl! Very close to old town and parking was included.
The woman running the place was wonderful! So helpful and kind and always responded to our emailed questions within minutes.
The apartment was perfect for us. We have two younger kids and we had all we needed. A good thing to know is that the sofa bed is really small so you either need to have small children or be very much in love :)
Very fresh bathroom, big kitchen and four local restaurants right around the corner.

I only chose this flat because there were pictures of a swimming pool and I thought that access to the swimming pool was included. It was only a trick to attract customers. The entrance to the spa/swimming pool on the pictures was 60 zloty, i.e. 120DKK per person. I don't like dishonesty. The location and standard were fine.

Great place to stay for a few days in Gdansk. Nice new apartment with sufficient amenities for our stay. Only problems was no information on how to use appliances such as convection microwave oven. Checkin was a bit convoluted as you really can’t find where you are staying until you ring to find out how to access the building. Mallina was very helpful with information on what services were available around the area. Undercover Parking on site was good. Wifi excellent. Close to historical part of the city it is within walking distance. Public transport, trams, are close by. We did a day trip to Sopot and Gdynia by train. Not far away from Gdansk but Sopot much more attractive than Gdynia.
