Booked two beds but got a double instead. The first night we got help to split them, but they didn’t have sheets and beddings for us so we slept poorly. Asked to get the first night free, but only got 2 waterbottles for free.

Good located north-east of the old town. Very small room. Comfortable bed, but no clean toilet. Breakfast was in the basement, really busy and bad quality.

Rom at the loft, no view other than sky, low slanted roof in room. To few towels, no info on restaurant or bar. Noisy street with local motor racing club making noise. Too expensive

This hotel is in such a perfect location as it's right in the Old Town with Cathedral Square around the corner, Bernadine Garden opposite with paths to Three Crosses monument. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is nicely appointed, clean with friendly helpful staff. Check-in was quick and trouble free. Car parking is available in their courtyard for a very reasonable fee. The room (116) despite facing the main road, didn't let too much noise in and wasn't a distraction from sleep. A large room with plenty of space and nicely decorated, plenty of lighting options and above all, featured a very comfortable bed and good selection of pillows. Bathroom spacious, clean and nicely illuminated. Water pressure very good. Housekeeping service is by request (put a hanger on the door handle) which is fine if you don't need the room cleaning every day and helps with sustainability too.

Hotel Vilnia is great! The room is large and loved the balcony. Having coffee facilities and mini fridge makes it more comfy. Only issue is there is no room service and the hotel restaurant has limited hours. Location is amazing.

Highly recommend would stay again. Fantastic breakfast.

Beautiful room in a historical building. Excellent service, delicious breakfast. Additionally, you can open the window in the room instead of using an aircon, which is quite rare these days.

We were received by a very friendly and helpful front desk staff upon arrival. The hotel is centrally located and is near to the old town with lots of food choices and walkable to attractions. The hotel is clean, bright and well maintained. We love the space in the room where we can nicely place 2 opened up luggage. The bathroom is also very spacious and there is space to place our toiletries.

Perfectly located on the edge of the old town and right by the lovely gardens. Smartly refurbished in classic stylish decor. Very good breakfast too. Really, we couldn't fault it.

Fantastic Hotel in the heart of the Old Town. Kind staff, excellent breakfast and a well equipped very clean and quiet room.

The location of this hotel is amazing, quiet. Property overall condition is good. I stayed for 2 days and I was surprised that my room has not been cleaned/towels not changed as this is a standard hotel practice, removing one start for this reason. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is amazing, with all the staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Great views from the front. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. Only a 4 min walk to the tower/ square Will stay here again :-)

The hotel is ok, but the staff is not very helpful

A very central location, on the edge of the old town makes the city center easy to reach. Friendly and quick check in, room was of a good size and clean, as was the bathroom. Sound proofing between rooms could have been better. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold food selection. I would stay here again.

We driven to Vilnius from Siauliai city, it tooks us almost three hours. The hotel looks not big but inside the room is nice, reception lady very kind and provide us enough information. We also had a nice breakfast there. So far all good, but one thing is there's a bit noise during the night, which made me a sleepless night. Hope this can be better in future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint would be that the rooms stay too warm and we have to Open window but the cars going by are too loud. We are not able to control the thermostats below a certain temperature
