Great place to stay while in medellin

Location close to Restaurants Shopping ,Reasonable Rates

The location is great, need to improve on the comfort the bed needs to be upgrade and the response to important issues like the AC not working need to be address not ignore.

Hotel was in great location

Super clean and welcoming. They have beefed up security, so if anyone thinks about doing anything, will second guess themselves. The staff are accommodating. I wished I remembered all their names. The two ladies and the two gentlemen were amazing. They had the best customer service skills ever. They deserve a bonus or raise. I hope to see them again because I am returning. I can’t forget the housekeepers. They were wonderful. This property also serves an amazing breakfast in the morning. The hotel is quiet and very close to many areas of entertainment. The staff was cordial but the presentation of the room was not the best. Had a great experience overall. I loved Medellin and will come back

Not very safe

Really loved my stay at Provenza Lofts. Great accommodations. Helpful staff. It was my first time in Medellin and their location was perfect for all our needs. Would definitely recommend to others.

Place smell like cigarrette. We we charged a crazy amount of tax money that’s charged to Colombian residents because we didn’t have a stamp in our passports. Even thou it was an us passport. Person at Check-In was very unprofessional.

Perfect location near the vibrant Provenza district. Property itself is cozy but lacks basic things like closet for your clothes. If you cannot sleep with noise avoid this one.The outside nightlife noise is very clear in the rooms and this goes on till the early morning hours.

Paulina and Amilkar were great!! Very helpful in every possible way. We stayed in a room right In Front of the Main Street and there was a lot of noise, those windows needs to be sound proof.

Location location! Super quaint property walking distance to a tremendous amount of restaurants and clubs. It will get loud at night until about 3am, but earplugs should help. Totally recommend it, and the front desk staff is superb, each one of them.

Todo el servicio fue excelente, la única cosa es que al estar tan pegado de todo se escucha mucho ruido a la hora de dormir pero lo demás excelente la localización la mejor en el medio de todo.

I arrive and found out the place had no elevator, I when up to the 4 floor with ivonne the person at the reception. She show me the mini bar and asked to sign for the product I asked for a list of the pricing and more towels, this never came. I asked how could it be that they did not had any tv's in the rooms was told that is the way it is. I started getting ready for dinner. When I notice the TV did not work the sofa has a broken leg the Jacuzzi was not working no bubble bath, I when down stairs only to find an empty reception desk with all my information sitting on top of it with 3 other guest private info (credit card numbers) after waiting for about 15 minutes a young man show up when I told him about my private information been out, He responded not my fault. that the previous person left the info out. While staying here they clean the room once because I told them. and even them they reply it may not get done they too busy. Every one smile. I spoke to Santiago customer satisfaction manager. poor job at taking care of the customer leaving customer info out is not a good way to keep my business. The place is located near provenza and parque lleras great location. I believe the team has good intensions Poor delivery. When I call for service and the service guy came over he insinuated that I broke the Items in the apartment my self and they will probably charge me for repairs

The Hotel is in a great place, near a good offer of restaurants. Did not have breakfast and that is important for me.

The sheets and towels are terrible

Its clean has ac kitchen although the beds aren't good and very noisy. But its in the heart of the park and action so if thats what your looking for yes a person from the United States could make due with it. But have to say at 100 a night you can get better bed no noise they party till 4 am here so be aware , the staff are friendly but never heard of a hotel charge you to clean the room so theres some downsides maybe its due to the number of rooms they have they have to pay some staff separately or something no idea. If your a light sleeper with your wife im not sure id recommend. But overall pleasant hotel has a few upgrades needed but very helpful and overall enjoyable for lone travelers. Other note you will get near western conditions for American price in Colombia so you get what you pay for here to get western like conditions with ac and everything its going to be at 100 a night along with security and safety box. Thats just how it is here
