We had the most incredible stay at San Michele Suites. This place is not to be missed, it may be the most charming and beautiful place I have ever stayed. Most beautiful view from our suite right over the Lama Monachile, the most incredible staff with amazing service. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable when I was sick and they went above and beyond to have dry cleaning done on short notice. Cannot give a higher rating.

Beautiful property with stunning views in the middle of everything in town. Rooms and property were wonderful. The staff was beyond caring and attentive to your every needs. We have been all over Europe over the years and San Michele stands out. You need to stay here!

Valentina was an extraordinary help!

The Staff (specially Valentina and Floriana) were really helpful in making our reservations at restaurants and tours. The hotel is located at the historic city of Polignano a Mare next to Cala Ponto Beach. The ocean and beach views from the suite were outstanding. The hotel was beyond our expectations (and our standards were high). Great place, food, people, everything...

Such an incredible place. Our rooftop terrace had the best views around. Would highly recommend and will be coming back to stay here again. Just WOW!

The experience with San Michele Suite was incredible from beginning to end. We were met upon arrival to the city by reception who took us to our suite. She explained everything we needed to know for our stay. We had the suite with the balcony and sea view. It was spotless, nice and bright and the view and experience from the balcony cannot be beat. If you are on the fence about spending this much on a room, I assure you it is worth it. Nothing compares with having the door open and hearing those waves crash from your bed. When I tell you the service is excellent, they aren’t messing around. There were 3 people bringing trays of food, pastries, juices, cappuccinos and whatever you wanted every morning. I requested a ham and cheese crepe for my breakfasts and even though it’s not on the menu, it was prepared for me. And their staff assisted with dinner reservations and anything else we needed ahead of our stay. They remained in contact whenever we had questions. If we make it back to Polignano a Mare, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We looked at some of the rooms in the main building that had the sea view and they were stunning as well. Thank you San Michele Suite for being our favorite hotel so far in Italy, and we have been all over the country.

Most amazing place to stay! We had the one of the sea view rooms and it was a dream to fall asleep with the windows open listening to the waves. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was the icing on the cake. Marika made our stay a breeze!

Very clean, strong AC and wi if. Comfortable bed. Lovely staff. A bit overpriced for the area and the breakfast and aperitivo could’ve been more robust for the price.

I loved this property, the staff were exceptional in every way, they put attention and detail in what they did. The rooms are great my only complaint would be don't take the bottom room facing the street. They did lovely drinks upstairs and breakfast was the best we have had on our journey. The staff (Serena, Marika, Maria, Palma, Valerina, and Natale) were efficient, kind, cheerful, loving, delightful, helpful, and anything else that is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful. We had ocean views that are spectacular. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and afternoon prosecco are on the rooftop with a magnificent panorama. The breakfast is plentiful and varied - pastries, eggs, meat, fruit, juice, rolls, cappuccini, coffee, etc. The location is right in the heart of the historic center with the beach close by. Indeed our room has a view of the beach.

San Michele Suites was one of the best hotels where we have ever stayed. And we travel often and look for 5 Star properties. Their service and the attention to detail of their rooms is superior. We would unconditionally recommend them to anyone visiting Puglia.

This family owned and operated boutique hotel is top notch. Location is excellent and the views of the coast are spectacular. The staff make this hotel worth the stay. They truly went above and beyond our expectations. A fabulous detailed concierge service met our every possible need. From facilitating boat tours, providing excellent restaurant recommendations, ensuring reservations and even including free rickshaw rides to all our engagements. We had absolutely no worries with our rental car. The hotel made sure our car was ready for us at anytime we needed it. The rooms are comfortable, elegantly decorated and very clean.

Lovely hotel with fabulous view of the beach and water. Steep spiral staircase to the rooms. Good breakfast on rooftop. Receptionists Valentina and Illyria were particularly helpful.
