Nice, clean, very modern two bedroom condo with everything I needed. The pool is wonderful and so large for a hotel pool, and the workout area looked nice too.
The lady who checked me in was so kind and helpful!

Average accommodation, NOT 4 STAR.
1. Despite reception having staffed hours the staff are often away and you need to phone them.
2. After 7 nights stay had to request room servicing.
3. Given the minimum number of everything, 5 guests, eg. 5 pillows, 5 cups, 5 plates, 4 towels etc.
4. When requesting 2nd key to apartment was told if we had 2nd key could not get room service daily as they didn’t have another key, this decision was reversed by a different employee a few days later.
5. Only on the 3rd and final week of our stay did we start to receive daily beds pulled up as advertised.
6. Internet/ TV connection is rubbish, need to login and out 3 times to connect to TV.
7. Garage key fobs are hit and miss, 1 worked, 1 didn’t.
8. On arrival door didn’t lock, had to get staff to show us how to jiggle the door back to allow the lock to engage.
9. Carpet and walls marked/ stained.
10. Toilets and bathroom sinks NOT cleaned during entire 3 week stay.
11. Parking is not allocated to the particular apartment, drive around basement carpark to find one advertised for hotel use. Parking space sizes can vary due to storage cages.

Really spacious rooms. Absolutely loved having a washer and a dryer- was handy after taking the kids into the pool. Kids had a ball. Was just a short stay but very accommodating.

This place had absolutely no service.
We got a text today we checked in to get the key from the kiosk.
There was a water leak in the room next to us, so therefore there was plastic all outside the hallway and into our room covering up a wall.
It was cold that weekend not to mention the Wi-Fi didn’t work for the five days we were there.
When I contacted the front desk, they simply gave me a helpline for Wi-Fi and told me to figure it out on my.
This was Timely and in the end, I left very frustrated and would never stay here again.
The good news is they did reimburse me $200 for the weekend.

2nd time we've stayed here. Both times very happy with the rooms. They accommodated us at very short notice without complaint and were very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was sparkling with all the basics. Showers were hot. The only small comment was the balcony was looking a little drab, but serviceable.

Just a little hiccup checking in - all done by - self check in- I believe I wrote my wrong number down.
Apartment was ok - lots of marks on entry door made it look average- the furnishings were basic and just enough. Could of used a shower caddy or something in shower. Initially was going to cook however only two pots no pans,
Ended up buying takeout from the shopping centre.
Everything else was perfect- used the pool and sauna - steam room didn’t seem to be in use ??

I have stayed here before and twice had issues with wifi, first time tech support fixed, second time no fix for the whole trip. Travelling for work this is critical. I’m a very frequent traveler and unfortunately due to the wifi situation and lack of proactivity of staff to resolve I won’t stay here again. On the positive side the apartments are fine and clean. Price is ok too.

Excellent well appointed place. Parking in designated spots could use a little attention. Both nights other residents had used my park, so I was obliged to find their allocated space and use it. Bed was one of the most comfortable ones I have ever used. Food and shopping was within walking distance. Will use it again.

The apartment that we stayed in was lovely, bed was comfortable and it was overall extremely clean. The facilities provided (gym and pool) were of high standard and easy to locate. However, and, this is a minute issue but we found that the kettle didn’t heat very well and the crockery that was provided was very small. Additionally, my friend and I didn’t realise that all three buildings were part of the Knox group and since we had late check-in, we didn’t find our apartment very easily. This could be due to us being exhausted but I do think that a little map or something above the key box would be beneficial to avoid an issue like this in the future. Overall, Knox was a fantastic and convenient place to stay. Thank you to the staff there!

Entry and esp. exit. from property very difficult. No signage. Awkward parking access. Toilet seat not secured. TV refused to work. No batteries in the Foxtel remote. No character in the place - it's just a white box! No staff in reception at checkout. Would not recommend this accomodation.

Toilet and bathroom hadn't been cleaned, 1/4 toilet roll left on holder rubbish still in bathroom bin, screws in chairs were all loose, no where to put soap etc in Shower.

Requested a $300 bond upon arrival though it is not stated online whatsoever. Further to this, only the week before I stayed at the property and was required to pay a $50 bond (which also wasn't stated in any policy online anywhere), regardless I chose to stay again because I thought I knew the procedure and I have to be nearby tomorrow morning. To make things even worse, the hotel proceeded to cancel my booking and I have to wait 7-10 days for the refund and have no where to stay tonight.

This property is no Hotel it's High rise residential apartments full of homeless drug addicts prostitution. Did not sleep all night, Had a camera and man wanking at his window naked.
Took extra $50. Where's My refund as agreed please as we left and did not stay the second night. This matter is being taken further. Look at the google reviews it's been bad for 5 years something must be done as this is false advertising and fraud.
The lady is very rude and don't care about anyone.

Very handy location, close to shops and the apartment was tidy and beds were comfortable. Pool was really nice and although situated on a busy road, you wouldn’t even realise.
Our room did however smell of cigarette smoke every time we walked in. Also was disappointed that I had to pay for an extra fold up bed even though our booking did state there was 1 child. Also not enough cutlery and cooking equipment.

The property was clean and room was clean however opening the blinds all we saw was scaffolding which happens with renovations however the water pipes were very noisy each time the tap was turned on. I think the cost of room was a little high due to this.

The hot plates were filthy, also missing parts of the hot plates, one really cheap thin old pot supplied for cooking, the pillows were worn out cheap pillows, the corridors smelled. It was just very unpleasant.

The apartment was clean and central for our travel purposes and close to Westfield shopping centre which was very handy. We travelled with our 3 small children, so was a bit disappointed that the 'heated' pool wasnt heated and also that there were only 4 sets of crockery for 5 people - a couple of small criticisms for an overall positive experience though!

I hated my experience at this hotel! I was greeted by the “Manager” after waiting 20 minutes out side in the rain. The Manager then pretty much asked for my signature and chucked me the keys to the room I was staying in for the night, didn’t want to tell me which building or anything like that I had to guess for myself. I also paid for two extra roll away beds, which where not in the room when I arrived. I then called the manager and asked for the beds, I received nothing but total rudeness from the so called manager and receptionist then was told I could only have one roll away bed after I had already paid for two!!
The room it self was disgusting, there was little bits of rubbish all over the carpet, there was fluff from the dryer all over the bathroom walls and floor, vacuuming and dusting defiantly where not done after the last person had stayed there. The balcony was also left in a disgusting state, cigarette butts and ash where left al over the balcony. Over all my stay was a complete waste of money I could have stayed at a cheap ass motel and it would have been immaculate compared to this place!

The apartment was clean and in great condition but the experience was spoilt by the lack of luxury. one skinny pillow each (we couldn't sleep, so went and bought pillows). one bar of soap. one towel each. one facecloth. No car parking available. smoke detector was sitting on the coffee table.
