Clean and comfortable as you would expect.

No restaurant facilities or bar. Only one member of staff on to do everything. Room for improvement, not what you would expect at a Camponile. Very disappointed. Oh and the usual rubbish TV.

My bed was on a slope so I awoke with a sore back

Having booked 8 weeks in advance it would have been decent of the hotel to let me know that the restaurant was closed due to no staff. I arrived at the previous Campanile too late for dinner so I only had a small breakfast in a 48 hours period and to arrive at Pau after a 10 hour drive to be told the restaurant was closed was very bad on the hotels behalf. I regularly use the Campanile chain and this is the only one in which I found cockroaches.

Quick and easy check in, room comfortable, good breakfast facilities.

The attitude of the check in staff . The size of the room And the fact that it advertised a restaurant and it wasn’t open . Not even the bar was open no staff

Good size room, including kettle and hairdryer. Clean with good shower. Located close to nearby amenities including Burger King and supermarket

I had some difficulty in locating the hotel and did several circuits of the area & adjacent roundabout before I eventually found the way in to the carpark. Reception too was a little tricky to find but once I got that sorted all was fine.

Location was perfect as it was a stopover on route back to the UK. Close to restaurants

Closed on Friday ( 1st April ‘22) evening for meals ( unfortunately that evening it snowed & we were reluctant to drive round looking for an alternative meal venue)

the fact that the restaurant was closed on Saturday night! we were left to look for somewhere to eat, the nearest place over the road was a Burger King.

Location as used before

No electricity on arrival had to reset fuse box myself. Ordered breakfast night before and told it was similar to campanil Buffett with no meat , was very sparse and poor. Hot water took over 15 minutes to tech shower he’d. Was not told when booking that reception and restaurant were being re built so had to use Burger King for evening meal. Compared to last stay earlier in the year was a poor stay.

Good location and inside room fine.

Original Campanile reception closed down and derelict. Outdoor spiral staircase to first floor rooms filthy.

The shower was excellent the room was ok but the bed was a little tired.

Undergoing refurbishment so a building site at the moment. Difficult to find the directions and address not found on sat nav. Tucked away inside premier class car park needs its own entrance .

Nothing. It's the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Awful! Never again. We normally stay in Campanile hotels. Not this one.
