This was my first time ever staying at a bed and breakfast; this facility far exceeded any expectation I had! It was clean, comfortable, and everything felt like home after figuring things out the 1st day. The space was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the outside area was relaxing (I loved the fire pit at night). Staff was friendly and helpful and I loved that there was a personal heater and air conditioner in the room to adjust temperatures as needed. The location was perfect!
I would highly recommend it here and I will return!

Location can't be beat for VT visits. Park car at this B&B and walk to where you want to be. Clean and cute rooms, private ensuite bathrooms, great shared spaces in a place crafted from 3 cottages. Easy access with cottage and door numeric codes.

The inn is located within a short walk to Blacksburg and Virginia Tech campus, very clean, spacious kitchen and bedrooms, very comfortable beds, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a bike trail nearby. The backyard is a beautiful deck with a clean, comfortable pool and plenty of deck seating for a large group shaded by a beautiful Magnolia and Oak. Family friendly and peaceful.

This guest house is essentially for people visiting students at Virginia Tech.
Good Points: Good Comms, clean, spacious room and good shared kitchen.
Bad Points: My room wouldn't lock from the inside (it only locks if you pull it hard from the outside). This would be so dangerous for a solo female..... As a solo male, I just jammed the chair under the door handle. But it's not good! The room is big, but nowhere to sit and no table.

This is the cutest and most well maintained bed and breakfast you will ever encounter. The houses are good looking and the inside is beautiful. Our room had everything we needed, including our own bathroom with toiletries. The bed was so comfortable and everything just seemed "fresh' and clean. The breakfast was great too and the chef was very personable. Would highly recommend. And you can walk to Va Tech and the downtown. Very convenient.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay here. We had a game at Virginia tech and we were within 0.9 miles of the parking lot. Easy walk to Main Street for dining and shopping. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Clay Corner. The proximity to downtown and the Virginia Tech campus can’t be beat! The two bedroom suit was spacious and the shared kitchen and living room area had everything you would need. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Tech.

Good location, clean space and a nice sit down breakfast included with our rate. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets, nicer than our home sheets. Nice to have a common litchen space and easy parking.
