Our stay was superb. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were really comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi on the roof - an extra special treat. The fact that is was within 2 minutes of Pompeii High Street and Di Vivo ice-cream shop is a real plus (and 10 minutes to the entrance of Pompeii architectural site of course!). I really couldn't find fault with it.

Dream House was a nightmare. Get there and the clerk sat behind the desk while my wife struggled with her luggage up the stairs. Get in and the room was ok, but the bathroom was very cramped. Toilet stopped flushing. What they don't tell you about the lovely terrace with a hot tub. You have to book it for 3:40 hours and at a cost of 45 euro per person. You are right across from the church and hear every church bell ringing. It was so bad that, knowing there would not be a refund, we took the loss rather than stay the duration of our trip. We booked rooms at Habita 79 and they were amazing.

Super clean, amazing breakfast, polite front desk. As we were leaving before the opening for breakfast they made us a fantastic breakfast to go. Very highly recommended!!

The room was very nice and clean. Very tight to walk around the bed. We had room 103. The mattress could have been better but the bedding was nice. My only complaint would be they should add a mirror in the room. It’s nice to have a dressing mirror in the room and not have to wait while someone else is in the shower. The lady at breakfast will make you eggs to order. The coffee does take about 10-15 minutes to get, so don’t be in a hurry. The staff was very friendly and I would stay there again. I did pay $50 extra for arriving late after 11pm because you must arrive before 9pm not to be charged extra but I did read that note after I booked the room.

Small, out of the way of the Pompeii claptrack jut outside the park but still use a 10-20 minute walk depending on which gate you enter thr park from.if you walk thew opposite direction it’s another 10-15 mi utes to the elegant part of town where there are great restaurants and pastry shops

We found Dream House to be perfect, small and friendly. Lovely breakfast and they were very flexible and cooked us eggs/omelettes if we asked for them. The staff on reception were extremely helpful. A great place to stay!

We arrived after dark and the staff was very helpful. The area is more residential even thought its very close to the ruins. Parking was on site and the area very close to the centre of Pompei, and we walked to dinner. Felt safe the entire time, even though this hotel is a block or two off a busy street. The breakfast was good and I can't say enough about the staff (embarrassed to not remember his name). Very helpful and made me feel good about supporting this business and would stay again. Older property -- but's its very nice. Had the vibe like it was a home built as an embassy in the 60s, older but classy.

We loved the exclusive rooftop jacuzzi and the daily breakfast.. Staff was quite friendly.. Our main concern was the AC that did not work properly to cool our room in the August heat.. We wish the staff could provide us with a table fan to get some relief at night! The room was small hot & muggy!

I absolutely adored this hotel and staff was fantastic! I asked a gazillion questions and they were so helpful with answering all of them. When I visit again I will definitely stay here again. Thanks, for an awesome stay.

friendly & helpful staff

Overall the property is great, the staff are amazing and so is the breakfast. It has an excellent central location and is modern throughout. The bedroom was great as was the balcony. The only let down was the bathroom that was very dated and in need of an overhaul. The hot tub on the roof is excellent. We would return and stay again!

Very clean and staff were friendly.. but in the room two of the drawers were broken and hard to open.. I had to put one in properly myself but other than that everything was good.. location close to Pompei ruins, train station, restaurants and a shop only around the corner which was handy for bottle's of water. The room was made up every day and we got fresh towels every day which was nice but we wouldn't have minded new towels every second day or so just to be more eco friendly so maybe they could ask the people staying if they want fresh towels. Another thing is me being vegan and girlfriend and daughter vegetarian there was no plant milk's and when we asked for tea the staff brought of water which was not boiling which was a pity but we made do with what was on offer.. basically needs to be more vegan options but was very happy with our stay and will definitely recommend.

The nicest place we’ve stayed on our long trip. The was boutique, comfortable - we even had a selection of pillows, clean and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from. And we also booked the terrace for a sunset spa which was brilliant. Highly recommend this place in Pompei.

The staff was so kind and very helpful. David greeted us when we arrived and he was very concerned that we had everything we needed. We enjoyed meeting Dolly, the tenant turtle. We were amazed at the beautiful spread for breakfast. The ladies were so concerned if we had everything we needed. Felt very cared for. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time at this accommodation, which is ideally located for the Pompeii ruins. We took advantage of the option to rent the roof top jacuzzi and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We were touring, so only stayed one night, but it was the best breakfast we had during our 2 week holiday, and the ladies serving breakfast were totally adorable. Would come back in a heartbeat. Amazing value.

This was a charming place to stay. The power went out in the city area more than once during my 2-day stay, however, it did not really effect me during the day, only in the evenings. Lastly, I could hear most conversations happening from outside my room, but once again, I didn’t really mind it. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were great.

An absolutely brilliant place to stay in. The location was next to town centre and restaurants and train station. Rooms were clean and bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice of products and service was spot on. Only problem was the air conditioning. It was very noisy. I told the gentleman as we were having trouble sleeping. We had it on 16oC and it did not cool the room down and made a noise like it was going on and off. I advise that they get it sorted as apart from that everything else was impecible. Lovely garden to sit in but we didn't get a chance to use the terrace. Would highly recommend to everyone.

We had an amazing stay in Dream house Pompei! Mario, thank you for warm welcoming and help with everything! Stylish hotel with beautiful room and a fantastic jacuzzi on the roof top. Superb breakfast with the great choice (they have everything you need - 10 out of 10). The location is also great, 5 mins walk to the main street with all restaurants and bars. The only suggestion is to prolong operating time of the jacuzzi (it is closing at 6pm) as it is a nice spot for romantic sunset. Highly recommended!!!!👍

Lovely room, excellent location for visiting Pompei ruins. Netflix was a bonus! Kettle in room and reasonable charge for mini-bar items. Maybe more tea/coffee would have been nice as we were travelling light from Rome but no complaints. Enjoyed our brief overnight stay.

Jacuzzi on the roof top was great ! We had an amazing sunset with fabulous view

Dream House is a really cute hotel walkable from Pompei archaeological site. The interior design is amazing. My room was super clean and comfortable. There is Netflix also for you to enjoy. In the warmer months the rooftop is open and has a jacuzzi with great views of mount Vesuvius. The breakfast was by far the best I had on my 8 day stay; there were lots of meats, breads and pastries, veggies, etc.

This place is gorgeous and the staff was so helpful. My only complaints are that they really should not that the hot tub on the roof is not free. It costs money to use. Also, it seems that they turn off the hot water at night. I showered one night at 8pm and it was freezing cold, but hot in the AM.

Dream house is in a great location for Pompei and the surrounding area. The house is beautiful and very well named. The rooms are decorated with style and the beds are very comfortable. As well as all of that the staff are so welcoming and friendly it really adds something to the stay. We would highly recommend Dream House

Check in was great, room very clean, bed was awesome. Ac worked great. Had Netflix first place ever, close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good.
