Amazing! I loved my stay, they were so kind and helpful. The room was delightful. We walked everywhere and it felt very safe and quiet.

The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is central. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was the stairs to the hotel. There was no direct elevator to the room, so carrying a suitcase or luggage needed extra work.

Amazing place to stay in sorrento very centralized and close to everything

We are obsessed with this entire hotel/room! It was so big and CLEAN! The pictures do not showcase the property well. I wouldn't even book another place after seeing this and the price for these rooms is amazing. There’s also an elevator, and so many restaurants and shopping next to it. Plus the breakfast is so good! You have two ladies who can make you a personal breakfast along with the buffet! We wish we had more nights to stay here before going back to Chicago!

This was the best place we stayed at in all of Italy! That says a lot. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was terrific every morning. The location was great and having the discount at the best beach club was icing on the cake. Five stars!

So adorable! Was definitely worth the money! Staff was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was delicious! Area around the hotel was very cute and is very central! Only thing is the hotel can be a little hard to find at first look- there isn’t a huge sign so keep your eyes peeled! But otherwise it was perfect!

This was our favorite hotel on our 10 day trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, the room got really dark at night so it was great for sleeping, the reception staff were warm and helpful, and the breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious. The hotel was centrally located and the patio was a good place to have breakfast or unwind. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

An absolutely amazing hotel, I have only good things to say. The rooms were clean, well-designed, and very unique and beautiful. The staff was very helpful and there was a 24-hour front desk. The included continental breakfast was good, and eating it out on the rooftop patio was amazing. The hotel is also in a perfect location right in the heart of Sorrento. I highly recommend this hotel!

This property was excellent! Very unassuming from the outside. It’s literally just a door. But then you go up to the second floor (has elevator with code) and the lobby is stunning. Everything is blue and white. Small but gorgeous. We had the attic room for family of 4 and it was absolutely beautiful! Again following the beautiful blue and white theme. It was an extremely comfortable room. And the kitchen where breakfast is served is incredibly beautiful! Can’t say enough wonderful things about it. The location is also perfect. Close to all shopping and restaurants, beach and ferries. Just perfect!

What a lovely place! It lived up to every photo and description. All the glowing reviews are absolutely correct. Everything is top-notch - location, bed, shower, breakfast, decor. (And I can usually find something on which to suggest an improvement!)

This sweet hotel is a find! It is in the best location- steps away from the waterfront park with elevator down to the marina and in the historic district- super walkable to seemingly endless shops, restaurants, gelaterias and free limoncello tastings. The staff is wonderful and so helpful with anything to make your stay more enjoyable. The property is spotless, the decor works so well- it’s easy to miss when mixing bold colors and patterns, but this place got it just right. And the breakfast was fantastic- photo-worthy, freshly prepared and so yummy even offering some gluten free options! It was a super comfortable home base for my stay. I loved Sorrento so much, I would highly recommend using this as the jumping off point to explore the Amalfi coast by day trips. Sorrento also offers tremendous value in shopping, dining and lodging compared to pricier options down the coast.

The Maison is beautiful from top to bottom and the staff were all very kind. Breakfast was excellent. The location is easy to access, but much quieter than the main square, though it is still very close to everything. We wish we had been able to stay longer!!

The hotel was located close to the old town. We were able to walk everywhere - to the port, restaurants, shopping, etc. The hotel was lovely, decorated in blue and white with ceramic accents sources locally. The room was spotless! The office staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The morning buffet breakfast was incredible - 4-5 varieties of freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruit, pastries/baking, tomatoes, cheeses and meats. The kitchen staff offered to cook eggs- any style and espresso/lattes/cappuccinos. Tables were set up under umbrellas on the terrace. Absolutely amazing property!

The hotel is lovely and incredibly designed. It’s unique style is perfect for the Sorrento location. The front reception and room hosts were accommodating and extremely helpful with navigation and travel arrangements. Would definitely recommend.

Best location clean and comfortable However, the service was 5 star They were very attentive and helped us with reservations and gave us best recommendations Of what to do and eat. Really the place was perfectly located However the staff was truly amazing Will go back for sure. Oh and we stayed in 7 hotels in Italy and nothing compared to this location

Our trip was amaze what a gem of a hotel. All the staff were so lovely A clean ,modern ,central location everything was just perfect I would definitely recommend this place .

This hotel was so clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed in an attic room which allowed us a couple of chairs in outdoor terrace space. The kitchen where the breakfast is served is one of the most beautiful kitchens I have seen. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they had multiple options for different preferences. The staff was very kind and helpful. When you walk out of the building, you are in the center of everything in the old town of Sorrento. I would highly recommend staying here. Something to know: this hotel is on the upper floors of a multi purpose building so there is not a traditional hotel lobby. there is an elevator, but you will need to go up a handful of stairs before reaching it.
