Property is decorated modern and is clean. Room was small but bed was very comfortable. The room AC was very noisy making sounds like a small jet engine the first night, which once staff was made aware, maintenance came to fix. It was better but still noisy. This is more of a business hotel and not one I would recommend if coming to enjoy a beach vacation. There is no balcony or area to hang wet swimsuits and beach towels. The rooftop pool is small but nicely decorated. The breakfast food served at the main restaurant was very average. I was disappointed at the amount of starches offered versus the proteins provided. Eggs were a daily staple and sailfish and one day sausages were provided which I personally disliked. I would have preferred more variety with the breakfast and expected the Sunday breakfast to be a bit more special with additions like bacon, baigan choka, quiche etc. The pumpkin choka however was delicious. Parking was safe and easy for your vehicle and staff were generally friendly and polite. I also missed having daily room service. I knew this was not to be expected until day 3 of stay but part of a hotel experience to me means having the room freshened daily and the bed made. We had to empty our own bins by day 2 and ask for extra toilet paper. The hotel is not located in an area where food outside of restaurant options and room service is easily accessible without a vehicle. There is only a subway and a gas station quick shop nearby.

Amazing staff

Room was comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with every encounter. The breakfast was quite simple but a nice setting. Dinner was great.

This was perfect for our family of 7.We had 2 rooms.We arrived early and they accommodated us by holding our luggage while allowing us to use the facilities.We loved the free shuttle to the beaches.The breakfast was delicious and we had quite a variety of foods to choose from.No cons all good pros.Will definitely stay there again

The hotel is new and the mattress is really plush and towels are brand new. The manager is very pleasant and accommodating. I really enjoyed the food at the SKY Terrace restaurant. Creole food with fusion. Overall very pleasant stay.

Food ay Skye resturant on location was great. Shuttle to beahes and ariport transfers was definitely a plus in Tobago. Dislikes - The pool needed more routine maintenance.

It’s more business like than resort so be prepared for that. It’s great for overnights.

The front desk customer service was poor We requested a late checkout, inflexible to facilitate We requested extra towels, but the response was extremely delayed, eventually, we had to go get them ourselves, as the front desk was very unresponsive. Additionally, they held a function directly under the room we booked, we weren't notified of any upcoming event, and the noise was unbearable all night. The entire stay was most inconvenient for the cost. We decided to check out and stay at an alternative hotel.

They don’t clean the rooms. No soap or towel restock.

Your room is only cleaned after 3 nights of stay. This is unacceptable your room can get dirty and unpleasant.
