The room was clean and spacious, we had a great view and walking distance to the places we went. They are doing renovations so the only down side was the lifts being really slow. But it didnt make a huge difference. Really affordable and I will stay again! Not alot of parking options so parked elsewhere but overall, it was perfect!

First day of stay the room smelled of heavy smoke and was unable to open balcony due to building maintenance. Front desk put in an ozone machine which stated in bold letters that was not to be used while the room was occupied. Was able to move rooms after one night which was a help. Second room was fine and no smell of smoke. Was charged a "Grand Prix Premium" for the last night which made the stay not worth the price.

Clean spacious room with full size kitchen, only criticism is there is no ingress or standing lane at the front entrance to park the rental car temporarily while checking in. We went around the rear and buzzed our way into the multi-storey car park but had to move the car again to our reserved space after check in.

It was wonderful! We stayed in the executive deluxe apartment on level 17, and it was so very comfortable, spacious and clean. I think a spider dropped onto my hair out on the balcony which gave me a fright, but that’s not the hotels fault!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. My only real complaint was traffic noise; I don't know if it was the particular location of my room, but the traffic noise seemed to reverberate in the alley between buildings and seemed extremely loud, particularly in the morning rush hour.

I really liked the bed, large and very comfortable. I also liked having a walk-in wardrobe as it kept all of our things out of the way.

I really enjoyed my stay here, but the sheet on the bed was too small - it literally just sat on the mattress and couldn't be tucked in!! Seriously, please buy a king size sheet for a king size bed and throw away the queen size ones...

Booked a room with 1 bedroom and balcony city view. Got checked into a room without a balcony nor city view. Questioned this and was moved into a room with a balcony however no city view. Balcony was extremely dirty and covered in pollution dust did not not look like it had been swept in years ! Condensation in bathrooms causing the paint to bubble off the walls. Washing machine had previous guest towels in there, marks and dead bugs on the walls. Carpet stains. Shower did no drain and was constantly filling up the shower with my feet completely covered in a pool of undrained water. Room cleaning did not sweep or vacuum the room. Definitely not worth the price they charge and will not be returning. Very disappointed in the stay.

Roadworks outside so very noisy at night sleep. The bed was rather uncomfortable as you would roll in to the middle and the tram to city was quite a walk for older people given that the information from the Desk of the hotel was just outside (which we then realised this person could not understand us) there are no tram lines outside the premises. Would not stay there again.
