1/ staff really check your doc during check in, especially if you have kids.
2/ location is pretty good if you enjoy the night light
3/ shower was decent (space wise), the water was super hot which gives you good room to control its temperature. The towel was clean and new
1/ they are still using papers, xerox your ID, and archiving it using folders.
2/ check-out went thru 3 persons, the last was the manager I suppose, why? It just slows down the process, most hotels let one drop off the keys and be gone.
3/ room:
- the room does have an electronic key, however, inside the room does NOT have or lack a manual bolt security latch, meaning, I could sleep and be sure no one will enter the room if they had (hacked the key, cloned the key/card, etc). In order to sleep with some sort of piece in my mind, I prepared a MacGyver style trap on the top of the door with some keys so that it would fall off and make some noise if someone else happened to open the door.
- it had 3 light bulbs burned out, I advised their manager during checkout and the manager said "it's impossible, I showed them the pictures, got a handy wave in response.
- the bed was completely different than advised
- The bed had a super thin mattress, which I didn't like at all.
- it lacked standard power outlets, I told the manager and he said "sorry we are upgrading, your room should have at least ONE". I mean, who would have only ONE device to charge? The "new" Brazilian standard came out in 2011, we are in 2023, it's high about time to upgrade ALL, not only ONE power outlet.
- A/C was noisy
- there were two holes ( a can could fit into it ) in the wall (top right and left) I don't know why, not sure if it was some sort of airscape or whatever, it was pretty much suspicious. The first in front of the bedroom was already covered with some plastic bags, the second was in front of the bedroom, I recorded the inside of it, still unsure and I didn't have time to ask the manager.

Staff were great people.
Parking very safe.
Almost everything...
The hotel is decadent...
The room is a bit old, with old beds and all sheets very old.. Towels also very old...
The gym was terrible, the machines and walking machines not working... In essence, it is abandoned...
The breakfast was poor, the quality of the products was not so good....

The cleaning. The first room I tried to use had hair in the bedroom, an used soap bar in the bathroom and a messy table. I asked for another room but had hair in the bathroom. I gave up to have another one, since I was really very tired and need to sleep. Don't recommend
