The hosts were wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. This was a great property!

The cancellation policies of the managing company for this property, Evolve, are ridiculous. We thought we were going to need to cancel because of a major snowstorm, and not only were they going to charge us full price anyway (which is understandable); they were also going to charge an extra $300 cancellation fee! To do absolutely nothing. There is no reason whatsoever that a place should be paid more to have no one use it! We paid in full for it for two nights and that should be sufficient whether we use it or not, especially since it included a hefty cleaning fee and no cleaning would have been needed. So though we ended up being able to use it, had a wonderful stay, and the actual hosts were wonderful (and all the fees were out of their hands anyway), I will never, ever book an Evolve property again!

This property had us feeling like home, everything was well thought out and exceptionally clean. The house was almost like a dream when thinking of it as a traveling stop, and the host was responsive, but unobtrusive.

It could have had a half bath for multiple travelers, but that is not a criticism, just a helpful suggestion.
