Great location, fantastic breakfas

Very big and comfy room with great view, located at the center of Klosters. I was surprised to see that the bathroom was equipped with a scale

Nobody was there when I arrived in the late afternoon. I found a note and the key. The corridor lights were not working. The room was a bit dusty. The breakfast was very disappointing. Presumably they serve it from 7:30 am but it was not set until 7:36 or so.. The bread and croissants were not fresh, the coffee cups are too small for the amount of coffee the machine gives. The rest were very basic, no butter was available. The parking comes at an additional cost that is not clear from the booking page.

Excellent room with desk, sofa and lots of space. Shower and ensuite bathroom very good.

Breakfast was OK but variable .

location was close to everything- train, centre, supermarket, restaurants, leisure centre, swimming pool

Very unfriendly owner / manager. Not at all warm and bprderline officious. Made you feel quite unwelcome and uncomfortable. Got the impression he had wanted much higher rates for the room due to World Economic Forum and mentioned several times if we wanted to stay another night it would be literally 10 times trhe price.

Very helpful staff. We were allowed to check out after skiing to be able to take a shower, all w/o upcharge. Easy to reach the cable car on a walking distance. We kept our car at the car park of the community in front of the hotel. Approx. SFR 10.- for a day.

..its a bit dark inside, but we were there for skiing, that's it.

Spacious room (including little sofa and nice balcony sun- facing), super convenient location (e.g. car parking next to the building, 5min walk to gondola, 3 min walk to coop store), skiroom underground easily accessible from outside, very nice and rich breakfast
