Super friendly guy who works there, the location is amazing, clean and tidy.
Very thin walls and you can hear everyone walking in the corridor and talking

Location and view, the owner kindly gave us a room with a view of the mar menor.

Nothing.
Angry, aggressive and rude owner.
Booked and paid through booking.com which is always a gamble.
On arrival the hotel appreared completely closed, but had an old note on the door saying to call a number.
The person who answered was very angry, claimed that i had no booking, and just shouted abuse down the phone before hanging up!
So, i called booking and askes them to refund the booking, or even better book me somewhere else.
An hour later, still on the phone to booking with no resolution, a guy turned up, claiming to be the owner. It was the same angry man from the phone.
He continued to be abusive and completely out of control, shouting racist abuse about hating English people ( all in spanish), before threatening me 2cm from my face.
Fortunately I managed to remain calm, and made it clear that I would be sharing my experience with as many people as possible.
Finally booking have agreed to compensate me for the ordeal and remove the property from their site. Just in case they don't, AVOID THIS PLACE, IT IS NOT SAFE TO EVEN VISIT THE RECEPTION.

Only change the bed sheets every 7 days so we stayed at another hotel after 3 days

The fact that over our 2 day stay there was no hot water at all to shower with. I sent 2 WhatsApp to the owners who told me to let the water run for 15 mins as it comes up from the garage, they do not turn on the heater for the hot water till 7am in the morning. I asked them for a 20 euro refund and all they did was moan about all the bills they have to pay. Beware if you want to wash or shower it will be cold water!!!
Also they charge 5 euros for each dog per day.

The location is great!
The room was small and dark, with no window and day light. There was no hot water for the hole stay we couldn’t take a bath. Everything in this hotel was depressing and disgusting.

The location for the Mud bathing lake, beach, bars, restaurants etc could not have been better. Walk out the door and you were on the promenade. Quiet and clean.

We stayed here for two nights. It’s good value, clean, and well located accommodation if you are travelling on a budget. We booked a sea view room which is at the front of the building. It had a nice view.
The only issue is that our room was above a mini supermarket. Every morning that was opened at 6.30 and it was quite noisy whilst the staff set up the display of goods on the pavement. They woke me up both mornings I would stay here again but would request a room that doesn’t overlook the shop below.

The beds a bit hard shower not very hot had to run for 5 mins to get heat up. Noisy on front early as shop opens 7am
