Personale gentilissimo e alla mano. Ambiente familiare. Disponibile gratuitamente noleggio bici. Volendo si può raggiungere il centro a piedi con una camminata di un quarto d'ora. Ristoranti anche nelle vicinanze anche se Grado è deliziosa nel suo centro storico. Ideale se si vuole stare in ambiente tranquillo.
Purtroppo c'è stato un malfunzionamento dell'acqua calda un giorno ma i proprietari si sono attivati subito pur essendo periodo festivo. Stanza colazione piccola ma funzionale, non abbiamo trovato problemi né di spazio né di disponibilità di cibo.

The Hotel is perfect clean
Great location, the beach is 1 minute, the olddown 15 minutes far from the hotel.
The staff english knowledge is very limited.
The room and especially the bathroom is small.
The biggest issue with this place that you can't sleep to much. At least 10 selective waste trash are in front of the hotel, and the trucks are coming 5 times to empty during the night... It was crazy! On top of this there is a market in front of the hotel on Saturday, so the construction of tents started at 5 o'clock.

The staff and friendliness of this hotel exceeded our expectations. Parking was available on property, the hotel staff incredibly friendly and the room comfy and with A/C. The bicycles (free of charge) were very welcome and a great way to explore the city. Less than 5 min walk to the beach.

We loved our stay at Villa ai Fiori! It is superclose to the beach, the room was spacious (for italy standart) and very clean, also the old city is just a beautiful 20 min walk away! Breakfast was great too! We could also use their bicycles for free! We felt very welcome and everyone was really nice to us! Wifi worked well, parking at the property is also a great plus! A nice market on Saturday’s is just next to the hotel, also a bank, post office and a supermarket are only a 2 min walk away! Can’t wait to return! Greeting to the lovely young woman who served us breakfast!

Breakfast was very average. Not much selection. Maybe due to covid. The room was next to the very noisy street. Difficult to sleep after 6am when traffic and the street cleaning service starts. No english speaking staff.
