The property is clean, quiet and offers all amenities necessary for good vacation. The staff is very helpful and manager Sophia goes above and beyond to answer all customer needs.

Swimming pool was available for extra fees only.

Poor breakfast, charge you extra for everything, swimming lesson for a child - 500 uah, the second one makes it 580 for both = strange math. Staff could have been friendlier

What a super hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. Scrupulously clean and very comfortable. Entrally located in Lviv with good parking.

Watch the sat nav address as it’ll take you to the back of the hotel which has no obvious markings. I got lost for a while going around the block..

Location was c 15 minutes walk from city center (main square). the high tech facilities in the hotel have been somewhat overdone.

I loved the bed. by far the most comfortable bed I’d slept in in Ukraine. the rooms were very modern, the bathroom was encased in glass and has a fancy feel.

the ceilings are paper thin. the first night it sounded like a family 7 tap dancing and running to the bathroom all night. when their toilet flushed I could hear it also. I called the front desk to complain but it didn’t stop. I slept awfully. the second night the circus party must have left because it was much more quite and I actually slept well.

Clean spacious rooms; comfy beds; very good location (10-15 minutes walking to the city center); friendly staff; delicious breakfast buffet with a great variety of healthy food options.

Soviet-style restaurant. Also it was not easy to find the pool from the main photo, because it is not in the same building.

soundproofing is not exactly soundproofing, heard people upstairs moving around and walking around and guests next door whose TV was on loud volume like it was in the same room as ours. the room’s modern art decor is clean and lovely, with night club lights but the bathroom light was not working when needed and bathroom fixtures are beautiful but not practical at all eg. the mirror is oddly placed and the sink tap you couldn’t manoeuvre. the bidet was strangely on the opposite side of the WC when ideally should be next to it. the main light switches and the air conditioner/heating control need a rocket science degree to figure it all out. restaurant food was good, above average but not excellent. not enough variety for breakfast either, always the same foods on offer. some staff were excellent, friendly and hospitable, some staff need training on how to be professional at all times though, no consistency in service.
