Lovely pool, incredibly clean and the beds were so so comfy.

Great location! In town but quiet and right beside a river and jungle area. Wonderful view from our room. There’s a fantastic family run restaurant on site. Excellent breakfast that is included. Friendly staff. Free parking. Security at night. Very clean and spacious room.

The only complaint was that our bed was very hard. I did mention it to the receptionist on the way out. She said she would make a note. A mattress topper would help.

This hotel is on the edge of town along a river, quiet and tranquil. Away from the “tourist” section of town. The staff was kind and helpful. There were several choices for breakfast, all delicious. The bakery next door was excellent.

we didnt' get a room with two standard bed, but one queen + one mattress on the floor (it's not comfortable).

Very comfortable bed and room. We were given an upgraded room with no extra charge and had a wonderful view of the stunning Arenal Volcano.

The breakfast was dissappointing. When we asked for extra toast we had to pay for it. I also asked for milk for my coffee. I was told they only provided powdered milk. I insisted on milk and was reluctantly given some. I had the same conversation on our second morning. A niggling annoyance as I think milk is a basic and not a luxury!

The hotel was centrally located in La fortuna making it easy to walk around and find things we needed and enjoy the restaurants nearby. It was easy to arrive at, and we got picked up from our our tours directly from the lobby. And the front desk was extremely welcoming.

Very clean great location big room great shower the staff was very kind, helpful an cooperative.

Stairs to second floor no elevator. The curtains transparent therefor the room doesn't stay dark in the morning. Breakfast is needs big improvement.
