The place is lovely

Food is a little too costly

The pool is very scenic and enticing. The room was very tidy and welcoming with all the right facilities.

The Food served from the restaurant is simply not tasty.

The breakfast was not bad however the eggs were too mushy and the bread baskets were exposed to flies big turn off for my family and I. There was also one morning I asked whether my husband could take his breakfast to the room because he wasn't feeling too well and I was told no it's not allowed.

The menu is very depressing practically no variety to choose from and tasteless till we had to make our way down town for meals. The pool in terms of depth is not child friendly and you are an adult who can't swim stay on the dry side.

The breakfast was good. The location is walking distance from town.

Was expecting a balcony view n the hotel close to to the beach because thats what they advertise.

The hotel was located very close to downtown. The staff were really friendly and the food was amazing. Overall we had a great time and will be going back

No elevator in my building. had to lug my heavy bags to 3rd floor and in my condition I shouldn’t be doing that. no assistance offered. was given smallest room in building. tiny shower. No help offered or given for transportation options or site seeing, or anything. food at restaurant was horrible. service bad. adjacent table next to me fully agreed.

the water pressure in the bathroom was not strong and when we arrived to check in at 3, the room was not ready and the receptionist told me to wait for a few moments without explanation. after 15 minutes we had to go back to the reception to find out why we had to be kept waiting and finally got our room key. customer service needs to be revised and staff trained to deal with people and explain certain things, especially if my room was already paid for. plus I wasn’t the only one this was done to.

The kitchen cannot handle a full restaurant for dinner. There is a problem.

The seevice could have been better . at times there was nobody at reception. some who spoke a little english could have helped . The restaurant could have bigger menu to choose form

The hotel room was clean and comfortable.I loved how thoughtful they were to give an extra single bed so that my 3 year old daughter can have her own bed.

The internet was not working in the hotel room itself,only in the public areas.

We were upgraded to the suite and it exceeded our expectations. Room was large, clean and sea view. Personnel was helpful and kind.
