The location was brilliant, owners so nice had a late flight home and they let us keep our luggage after checkout without extra cost. Very clean. Not the most spacious but would highly recommend.

Have to think about it. Maybe the blinds / windows, found them difficult to work.

Great location. It was so convenient for the bus and ferry terminals as well as being a short walk to the Cathedral, waterfront and restaurants. Despite limited check in times we pre arranged our arrival and someone was waiting to meet us. Checkout was noon which was a great bonus too.

The location was perfect for is . We arrived by coach at Autobus Statiin. Just across the road. Our room was very modern and quiet despite being central Santander. Secure place in a large building.2nd floor. Lift available. Stairs ok.

I met 1 member of staff during my stay and she was pleasant. I booked because of its proximity to the bus station and it was excellent. I liked the coffee making facility. The bed was comfortable.

From the minute I went into the room there was an awful stench. It was like very bad drainage or maybe from a sewer. It never left the room I woke during the night and that was all I could smell A pity because otherwise it would have been a pleasant stay

In the pictures the room looks newer and fresher than in reality.

Own new and modern bathroom. Centally located.

Thin walls. Moldy smell in the whole building - but not accommodation's fault. Old and aging room interior - not obvious in pictures online.

Amazing location, just in front of the coach station where you can catch up a bus that takes you straight to the airport. Very clean room, nicely furnished. Heater was on at night which I really appreciated. Polite and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great. Maybe the mattress was not very comfortable, but overall very good value for the money.
