The pool bar and late Night activities that kept the guests entertained

Breakfast and dinner choices were excellent and with a lot of variety and very well done. Personnel were friendly and respectful. Room was well presented and comfortable beds. Love the scenery!!

Bathroom- the shower screen was not properly sealed so was leaking water to the bathroom floor. This needs to be sorted for future guest. Room 217.

Breakfast was good. Room nice (although our door was broken and we had to keep it locked with the key even when we were inside the room and they didn't come to fix it despite us requesting several times) and the pool bar and restaurant terrace have a beautiful sea view. Close to the bus stop.

Food at lunch and dinner was not good. Boring, every day almost the same, poor quality and not very tasty. Drinks also very cheap. Cleaning of the room was superficial and they didn't clean the floor nor the shower.

gorgeous from the moment we arrived. room lovely and clean. food great. the place is top the views are unreal. we did not want to leave ...

it was all great nothing to complain about.

Very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Food was very good if not a little predictable.

The quality of the all inclusive drinks was very poor. The bottom sheets were changed a couple of times but the duvet cover was not changed in 2 weeks. On a separate issue which booking.com don’t give you any chance to complain about the taxi back to the airport didn’t turn up. We ended up getting a taxi which the lady on reception booked for us we made check in with just one minutes spare. On contacting customer service on our return we were told the company had cancelled at the last minute and we would get a refund in 5 working days so they couldn’t warn us. But looking at my credit card statement there was the refund the day before we travelled which means Booking.com new the taxi wasn’t coming the week before and didn’t bother telling us, I will never book with them again.

Apartments very modern, staff very polite and pool area lovely. Live music on Thursdays is amazing!

Only 3 different cocktails included in all inclusive.

Poor quality of food, really poor!!. They only clean the room every second day, and the worst part, the room is plenty of ants, what is disgusting.

The staff is very pleased and kind.

Great variation of food

Having stayed last year we knew it was excellent and it didn’t disappoint this year. Staff, food, suite all excellent.

The downstairs room where the entertainment was last year was closed. This restricted it this year and it was quite loud as near to our Suite. Still ok though.

The staff were air friendly and the food was fresh hot and plentiful
