Aperçu
Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement !!! Park Lane, l'endroit idéal pour profiter de Dingle dans le style. Une maison de trois chambres, trois salles de bains à quelques minutes à pied du port de Dingle, c'est au milieu de toute l'action, mais dans une rue résidentielle calme. Cette maison a été restaurée au plus haut niveau avec de beaux volets en bois sur les fenêtres à guillotine, des meubles contemporains, un kiosque dans la cuisine classique, une salle d'eau, une télévision dans chaque chambre et un coin à l'arrière de la maison. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille pour se détendre. La cour à l'arrière est le piège du soleil parfait avec un barbecue à gaz.
Chambres
Il y a deux chambres doubles à l'étage qui sont légers et frais avec des armoires, des lampes, des casiers de chevet et des fenêtres à guillotine à volets qui donnent sur Gray's Lane. La chambre principale est décorée dans un ton gris chaleureux avec deux grandes fenêtres, sa propre salle de bains, un lit king-size, de beaux meubles anciens et une vue fantastique sur le parc.
Les salles
Park Lane a trois salles de bains contemporaines. En bas, il y a une pièce humide carrelée grise avec WC mural. A l'étage il y a une grande salle de bains familiale avec une douche, un lavabo et des toilettes carrelées du sol au plafond. La chambre principale a une salle de bains également avec une douche, des toilettes et un lavabo.
Salle de lecture
La salle de lecture gris apaisante à l'arrière du chalet est un espace idéal pour un moment de détente avec un grand canapé confortable et deux grandes fenêtres à volets et une télévision murale avec un satellite séparé si vous voulez regarder le match en paix.
Salon
Le salon principal est structuré par le canapé d'angle luxueux qui embrasse le poêle à bois, avec une table à manger pour 6 et un stand équipé dans la cuisine, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour tous. La cuisine nouvellement équipée dispose d'un grand réfrigérateur-congélateur de style américain, des unités de cuisine classiques de pays et d'un double four équipé et micro-ondes.

The house is very conveniently located to walk anywhere in Dingle. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well furnished with dishes and cutlery and pots and pans.

The Dingle home was perfect for our trip. It was very spacious and in a great location. The living room was good for relaxing at the end of the day. A separate den area was also a nice retreat. We’d highly recommend this home for those staying in Dingle.

The stay accommodations were very good. Welcome package was very nice and unexpected. Appliances (dishwasher/washer/dryer) we’re a little difficult to operate. We couldn’t figure out how to operate the dishwasher. The proximity to downtown for shopping and eating were great. The lack of a/c could have been overcome by having screens on either doors or windows so we could leave them open. Showers were great and hot water was plentiful. Overall rating would be 9.5 out of 10. Great time in Dingle.

If you are looking to stay right in town, this location is great. Plenty of space and well kept. we enjoyed the ease of walking right to everything! Very convenient. Was a lovely stay.

This house was clean and spacious and right in the shopping/eating area. Parking can be iffy as there is no designated parking, just street parking. That being said, we were able to park close to the property each time. Our property manager, Finnoula, stopped by to say hello and checked we were all settled in okay. We were there for just a couple of days but this would be excellent for a long stay too.

Kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of room to spread out in the living room and back den. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. We would definitely try to stay here again.

The Place was not a disappointment, the pictures are true to what you get. Located 1 short block from shopping and pubs.You can walk any were in minuets. The place was clean and had no odors. If I go back I would definitely seek out Park lane again.

Wonderful place
Park Lane was a perfect place for our family’s second trip to Dingle. The location was ideal. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It could use a few pot holders and dish towels.

Beautiful house, great location
This house is in an ideal location on a quiet street just a few minutes' walk from town. The house is modern, well furnished and immaculately clean. Shelley stocked the fridge with some eggs, cheese and other goodies so we had something for breakfast during our stay.
Highly recommended.

wonderfully located
We have stayed in Dingle many times, however this was our first stay at "Park Lane House." This home is wonderfully located within easy walking distance to Dingle's many Pubs, shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and well furnished providing everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Shelley, the local agent, was helpful and provided us with a nice welcome basket. I can recommend this rental and would stay here again.
